I always found that really weird too...it actually made me more hesitant to branch out outside of the K-ON! OT until I was a member
I don't think Bayonetta 2 was going to succeed either way given the precedent for Platinum games on the system. Would love to be wrong though. :/
I'm really worried about Captain Toad. Releasing it near the dates for Smash Wii U and Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire remakes scares me.
I assume it's Sora, then Namco Bandai and finally Monolith Soft. It is being developed in Namco's office if Sakurai is to be believed.

This stream is incredible. Apparently, two days before he had to do commentary for the Smash Invitational, D1 didn't know anything about the items in game so he spent the next two days reading every PotD to get an insight and make sure he knew how to pronounce them and how they worked. :lol

The potential to introduce unbeatable jank would be comparable to the potential to reduce unbeatable jank. Hopefully the customisation is easy enough that it's useable.

I'm glad that Samus made to top 6. I always preferred to play with Samus than I do with Zero Suit Samus. Now I see that she got new moves in Smash 4 so I'm going to give her a second chance and see where I can go with her.

Sex kick is the neutral air moved used where a character will do a kick that has a frozen animation. It's called sex kick because it starts out hard, ends up soft (we're talking about knockback/damage here), and ends up fucking everything over.
They were much better/useful in Melee than Brawl.

Man, I really can't wait for Smash 4 to come out already. Can you believe it's been 88 years since Brawl? We're really overdue for its sequel!
Basically, you have to get used to the idea of summoning elementals in sort of a stack; whatever you summoned last will be the first to go when you use Melia's Talent Art to discharge it at the enemy. Your stack is only three elementals large, too, so you can't fill her Arts Palette with as many elementals as possible and send 'em all out - only three. So, basically, if you Summon Bolt, Summon Aqua and Summon Wind, in that order, you would then be able to discharge them in the order Wind -> Aqua -> Bolt. That's three separate discharges, so you could also only discharge Wind, then summon another Bolt (assuming its cooldown's ended), and be able to shoot them out Bolt -> Aqua -> Bolt if you so desired.
On the other hand, elementals still residing in the stack give you subtle benefits, such as Regeneration for Summon Aqua or Agility for Summon Wind. Those perks go away when you discharge them, so you can hold onto those elementals (if you really want that perk to last) by summoning them before other, more disposable elementals. I usually never bothered; I just summoned three highly-damaging elementals (Summon Bolt is a beast, and it's easy to find a book to max it out early on if you know where to look) and shot them out at the target as quickly as possible. It's nice to know the option's there, at least.
It seems needlessly complicated on paper, but in practice it's actually really straightforward. Summon elementals, shoot elementals at target in the reverse order of their summoning. Simple.

sex kick is when a character just puts a foot out and hits people. Becoming less effective the longer it's out there. And I was being sarcastic, they're usually good. It was kind of a weird thing to hear that it was swapped.

It's better to say that the move has a long active period. There's a hit box on it from the start of the animation to the end which is either when you touch the floor or after a long duration in the air.

Yeah she's amazing and really fun to play as.
Though you need to control her yourself because her AI is ass.
People don't like change. Any new mechanic that can be easily turned off/banned will face resistance sadly.

Also I didn't realize that was Naoto in your avatar. The P4GA style is very different from Soejima's.
Most Smash players enjoy every game. It's the reason why they try to be so vocal about how one game is turning out when the time calls for it, they really don't want to see Smash game play compromised. The needless antagonism from sects is a byproduct of people who latched on to one game between Melee and Brawl and parrot genuine talking points with the intent of talking down the other game while reducing the original intent behind these comments.

Pretty interesting how Wario's logo is there with all the series with revealed playable characters. Could be because of the ATs, but it strikes me odd that Mother and series like Nintedogs and Find Mii aren't there if that's the case.
