The ESRB was just for the 3DS Version, so I think there could still be a chance Bayonetta might just be a trophy exclusive to the Wii U Version.

It could lead to an interesting discussion about how the human body is nothing to be ashamed of and that one can be beautiful in many different ways despite societal stigmas that arbitrarily govern how we present ourselves.
Alternately, if Bayo was in Smash she almost certainly wouldn't be stripping for any of her moves and thus wouldn't really be any worse than, say, ZSS.
They wouldn't allow the game go beyond Rated T anyway.
She can do all the stuff the normal Bayonetta does just without the whole naked aspect of it. A toned down Bayonetta if you like.

Well, you can take up that argument with her then, because she won't change her mind.
Also, 'toning down' bayonetta would make her not true to character, which would be incredibly lame. I love bayonetta, but it's rated M for a reason, and she won't let her kids near the game or her character.
Why would he be? Maybe if he had crotch jiggle physics, or he thrusted his hips after attacks, or twirled around on a stripper pole.

It's just a cultural difference in the US. Growing up, my parents were totally cool with everything, but my girlfriend is different, raised differently, and has made a choice about how to raise her kids. I don't fully agree with it, but they're her kids, and I respect her decision on how she is choosing to raise them. I will not win the bayonetta argument.
