Mario still has his Wario alt, so there MIGHT be a chance Wolf could be DLC. If not, then we send angry letters to Nintendo, or do Club Nintendo surveys that literally say nothing but #WheresWolf, maybe?
It's not like there's much of a reason to fill those surveys right now

Who says they didn't? It's not like we were privy to the entire film reel that was presented to the ESRB, just a couple of leaked photos and a tiny video clip. There's probably plenty of stuff that was never present in the leaks that's still in the game in some form or another.
Except playable characters. I do believe the roster we saw is final.

They really are going with that boring black background, huh? Who thought that was a good look for the character and stage select screens?
I'm wanting to hold out that it wasn't because of a number of weird choices, but I can't deny it's weird it's everyone we know minus Lucina.
I'd still make 3/4 of the roster unlockable, but the current starting roster just feels so weird.

This is one heck of a roller-coaster.
Both alts better be DLC, because people've made it clear they'd pay good money for Dry Bowser... and I'd double that amount alone just to get Metal Sonic.
