So i have a lore question....

Anyone ever figure out which city exactly "the last city" and what country its located in? Any speculation?

If you live in the US that might be true, but it sure ain't in most other places afaik. I can get it around 12$ cheaper if I go out and buy it in a store.

Dunno. It seems to be in a mountain-ish are with pine forests all around. I take a look at the pictures showing the traveller from above. Maybe I can spot some continents.

I totally agree. I did this in the beta too. I've played through the level 7 (or 8) mission when I was 4 I think. But I've got rewarded with a shingen C so it was totally worth the pain.
