i love how the person who posted this pic in this thread just slapped on the picture ad didn't leave one caption under it explaining where it came from or whatever. lol

GODDAMNIT I WAS JUST ABOUT TO GO TO BED

Since it's now past 5:00pm in Japan and some stores might be closed already, it might be someone working at a store who's preparing the shelfes for tomorrow. So I wouldn't expect anything before in about 14h
So it will "leak" tomorrow.
Go to bed now.

I'm going to bed. There better be video of Duck Hunt, Dark Pit and all of the Koopalings when I wake up!
Agreed. Good night!
Full Disclosure: I will be quietly checking this thread for at least 30 minutes. If nothing happens, I will go to sleep and pretend I actually got off at this point.

stores close that early in japan?

That's surprising?

Here in Aus most places close at 5. It's pretty much just restaurants open till later (obviously) and 24 hour supermarkets, fast food places, and the occasional place like Kmart or Target. No dedicated game/electronics place (or very rarely at least) would be open past 5.

idk, could be. We have one closing at 16:00 mon-thu and 19:00 fri-sat - sun: closed.
some even are closed on monday afternoon, here. So tuesday afternoon might be a thing in japan? It's a possibility

would you happen to live in japan by any chance? i find that a bit odd how stores close that early on a weekday.

well here in the US game stores here usually close around 8 pm or so. The gamestops by my house close at 9.

No. Switzerland. We're odd.
It's usually not bigger names like Softridge, WoG or Gamestop who close that early. It's the really small/"noname" ones or the one's that mainly focus on Online shop and only have a really small shop, with a couple of shelfes, if you want to pick it up there.

seems a bit odd but understandable. im sure your country has its reasons for closing at that time. hey, if i were an employee at a game store, i'd love to leave work at 5 rather than 9. lol

Yeah, that's surprising. Sorry, but your country is more of the exception rather than the rule. It's not like that in most of Europe and North America, I'm pretty sure.

Even in Sweden stores stay open until at least 20:00, but usually 21:00-22:00.

I don't care. The hype is too real. I made a thread because I can't hold all this hype anymore. :'(

someone send halp pls

So I guess that counts as today's Smash leak. Luckily it was closed before this thread contaminated more of gaming side.

Here in Australia we have the Labor party in parliament which represents workers rights and unions on a federal level. They keep the rate of pay at a decent level so people don't have to be paid crappy wages like in the US and hence shorter working hours.

Hopefully it stays that way with the neocon jerks in charge at the moment.

Wish we had a decent rate of pay here in the US. But the consumers getting what they want is too ingrained in the minds of us Americans.
