In terms of pure nostalgia it hit a spot like nothing else. I had just finished exams in college, and I played that game for like, 3 days straight. I always wanted a third one, and Nintendo obliged. I can't be angry at it, and honestly, it did its job. I enjoyed it.
EDit: @ The "leak" above: I still maintain that if they don't show the bottom screen and they don't show the intro, it's fake as fake can be.

Man, I'm honestly really surprised that he haven't gotten a single leak or even tease yet. It's making me antsy for the week of the end already, and yet my birthday is tomorrow... so I don't want to rush it through it TOO quickly! Gah...
EDIT: And of course as soon as I say that, it appears we've gotten our first legitimate leak! Those are definitely screens I haven't seen before!
Yeah, that's the conclusion I came to too. Still doesn't make Dr. Mario any less a blight, though.

He was revealed in all the leaks a couple of weeks ago. Don't worry, he's in. (Assuming the leaks are real, which it's been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they are.)
It used to be Wii Fit Trainer for me as well, and I'm still excited to play her, but after the leak (assuming it's true)... it's gotta be Bowser Jr. I've NEVER been a fan of the character and in fact have kind of actively disliked him in the past, but the way he's being implemented in Smash makes him look like a ton of fun to play!

Just throwing it out there: certain "OMG WHERE ARE THEY" mainstay characters may not have been officially revealed yet because they haven't gone through substantial changes compared to characters like Yoshi and Link. Ness, Jigglypuff, Ganondorf, etc.

Is anyone genuinely excited to play as Dark Pit? From the menu layout, he looks to be a complete clone
and I can't imagine how this would work out visually, especially with Pit having some darker alt colors already.
Dark Pit being in while Alph is stuck as an alternate costume is the most confusing thing to me. I don't believe in #SakuraiBias, but this is pretty bullshit.
