More like "we're not getting this demo."

I wonder why NoA's sitting on this for so long, not like they have anything else it's potentially stealing sales from...

Okay.

Pikachu has like ZERO lag after his throws.

So I just did up throw into thunder and it killed Megaman at like 90%.

You can do the thunder SO FAST after the upthrow. It's crazy.

HNNNNGH, THEY CHANGED THINGS!! Oh but wait, was he still in hitstun when you hit with the Thunder? Or did he go into the animation after hitstun?

The only alt colors available to characters seem to be team colors. Four for each including their default color.

Final Destination stage versions automatically block items.

Holy crap. S Flag

You have to pick it up. Then find a safe spot, then HOLD A. FOR FIVE+ seconds straight.

If you get interrupted, you drop it, have to pick it up again, then do the WHOLE FIVE SECONDS AGAIN.

Definitely not broken.

Is probably longer than 5 seconds but it's hard to count

How long until that happens, though? It's a little more than
two days away until the Japanese eShop crashes due to all the downloads, so in
three days.

It's a fairly small demo file size and there's a shit ton of interest. It might not happen before the game leaks, but probably before the actual release.

Michelangelo painted the Sistine Chapel. Yabuki turned off voice chat in Mario Kart races. True artists of their time.
Can anybody tell me how to download this? I'm in the japanese eshop and I can't understand anything. Is the demo somewhere on the smash bros page? (I have a japanese 3ds )

I wish Wii Fit Trainer was in it, but this demo will suffice until Friday. Mega Man is pretty fun.

MAAAAN VILLAGER IS GOING TO STRAIGHT UP REK SHIT, look so dope! Rockman looks badass as well - looks like I should finally get around to finishing the final level in Mega Man 2.

First, I want to know what auto-sweetspotting is.

Then, I want that question answered.
In 64 and Melee, you can only grab an edge during an Up B after after you've reached your maximum height. In Brawl, you'll automatically grab the edge during any point of your recovery. It makes recovering basically mindless.

I bet NoA's marketing department crunched the numbers and determined that an October 3rd release date will be more lucrative than September 13. As for why, I can only guess. Maybe it has something to do with back-to-school season: having just spent a bunch of money on school supplies, parents may be less willing to drop another $40 for a video game; but by October, enough time has passed that school expenses have drifted back a ways in their minds.

I don't think there'll be any data mining, because there's never been an eShop release/demo dumped from a Japanese 3DS. I think most, if not all, people who could do it without a dumped release don't have a Japanese 3DS...

I'm trying to figure this out.

It seems to be still there... for certain characters. For Link, it looks like it is. For Mario, it looks like it's not.

Are you holding down? If you hold down in Brawl, you wouldn't grab the ledge with your Up B iirc.

Hm! Does Project M have auto-sweetspotting?

And does anyone know if Smash 4 does, just to reiterate the question?

EDIT: oh, looks like someone's on it

Also, if you're watching the stream I'm watching, I HOPE YOU LIKE PIKACHU

It's possible but it won't be possible for the Smash 3DS demo because it requires the latest firmware.
