I read it as the 8th person to write a sentence with 10 words and include madness. I counted and I was the 8th person to do that. Then I went back and saw its the 8th person to quote, as long as they fulfill the requirements.

Even if you are opted out of notifications you still get transaction emails. It mentions that on the page where you make the selection.
