So I just called Nintendo and they were able to opt me in to the e-mail newsletter. They're sending batches for the rest of the day and I should get one.

So if anybody else got Platinum and a 3DS and no e-mail you should call.

Call Nintendo. That's what I just did and many others. They can opt you in over the phone and you should get it if you had Platinum and a registered 3DS. They said I'll have it by the end of the day.
