I believe so. I only caught the end of it, but I managed to catch a glimpse of the graphic. I think it said something about a 9.26 release date in Japan [for the PS4, if I recall].

Again, I'm not entirely 100% on it, and without being able to rewind the stream I can't go back and check. So please, do not take it as news just yet. Once the stream is over, I'm hoping I can Timeshift it and go back to see for sure. For reference, it was right at the end of their Bloodborne presentation.
