I was scared because Destiny crapped out on me the first go around. Said I lost connection and need to check my internet. That was BS since I was able to join back straight away.

I think that most stuff in the game was done fantastically, but there needed to be so much more content. The game is excellent, but it feels like it was $40 and I paid $60. I just need more weapon variation! More maps! More vehicles!

Yes and no.
Yes: Level advantages are disabled for most games.
No: You still don't get all the upgrades on your char and weps, it makes a huge difference.
Thorn is A Light in the Dark and Bad Juju is Toland's Legacy. Dubious Task is Invective, a shotgun that looks pretty good.
I'm taking a break from the last step in the Thorn bounty x.x we wiped a lot, managed to get Xyor out once but only got him to like half. Will try again later lol.

don't do thorn unless you have void class and/or void weapons to run around with
Decided to gamble on the exotic engram to see if I could an armor and the exotic rocket launcher. lol nope. Game gave me a Hunter chest plate for my titan.

I keep going back and forth on whether I want to keep playing this game or not and holy fucking shit Bungie makes it really hard to keep playing. They really need to get their act together when I comes to server stability. Losing the connection to the game world and getting dumped out of a strike is AWFUL, you could put an hour into something and right before finishing you get dumped out of the game and can't rejoin. Talk about fucking amateur hour. Infuriating.
Nah, they're pretty sparse until you hit lvl 20. RNGesus wants you to care about them but it's merely a covetous lie to test your faith.

getting 500 void points with void fusion rifle is gonna be a breeze.
They don't really have incentive to play, just exist. That's where my problem lies lol. There's no incentive to actually try at all unless you count some extra rep or 1 extra mark if you haven't capped yet. AFKing gives you just as good a chance as anyone else from what I've seen. Giving a higher chance of loot to higher ranking players while leaving the lower ranks untouched is the solution I'm fond of. Nerfing lower positions wouldn't do any good, but buffing the higher ones would.
I got the same one, it's just another shader. A shader with a weird name, but nothing else to it otherwise.
Ok, good....I thought it might just be that I was sucking too bad at the game....but good to hear that I should start to see more frequent drops (at least a little) once I turn over to 20. Probably just one more level and I will be there.

My team literally had the lead the entire time except the last couple of seconds where an opposing team member did a super that put them over the edge in points

I feel like the more I play this game the more my internal score of it ticks up. When I first started I found myself nodding along solemnly with the many disappointments logged against it in all the early reviews but now it feels like a solid 8+/10 to me. Really diggin' it.

It's not kills, but a point system. Every kill will get you some points, every death will lose a couple.
Wow. I just did the Level 22 weekly strike of "The Summoning Pits" with a fireteam of one lvl 22 and another in 24 (me) and one lvl 26 and we were not even close to beating it. The boss-room is insane! we cleared out the trash-mobs as best we could whenever we had damaged the boss a bit of his health, but I think there were like 6 wizards where 4 of them were majors, all at once.

I somehow managed to find two Rare ship blueprints back to back. One of them looks great, but the other one seems to be identical to the Legendary Collector's Edition one for some reason ( in everything; color / engine / shape / pointy bits / etc. ), that one ship that I thought was to be exclusive to the collector's edition...
