Sure it might be designed for playing for month but there not enough content for that.

I think a lot of people fail to understand that the average person is not farming and racing to level up. The game is designed for a wide range of players. Most people will not reach 20+ for quite some time. If the designers designed for the farmers and people who set out to get to 30 as quickly as possible the average person would stand no chance of seeing the late game content.

Finally geared up in all legendary armour with 2 exotic chests for the Hunter. Switching between the two as they have different buffs.

Now just farming elements to max them out and I should be hitting the high 20s soon.

Still using a rare rifle though. Only one legend weapon, a shot gun. (The Comedian).

Ok so while the servers are down I have a question that im sure sounds dumb but im still not 100% sure on. Im almost level 21 and Im wondering what im supposed to be doing to get to 21 faster. Ive so far only found 3 items that had light associated with them and other than bounties to level up my gear and stuff what else should I be working on atm?

I got from 21 to 25 last night by doing the weekly strike, daily story, strike playlist and public events on earth. You'll get rewards for completion and random drops that will help you big time. Also make sure to complete bounties.
