Bored as hell tonight so I decided to go farming, spent 2 hours on the earth cave and did not get one legendary engram, guys I was farming with got 4-5 combined. But on the upside I ended up with 20-25 rares and got these when I cashed in. Me and my buddy the cryptarch are getting along right now.

Did you do the weekly strike? You can get 3 there. You can try your luck with a public event if you haven't done one today. Otherwise you'll have to luck into one with the cryptarch, as far as I know anyway.

Hey guys, what do we know about the first expansion?
I see a description that mentions something "below the moon".
Beyond that, should we expect:
- Another planet?
- More Crucible maps (please!)
- More and more gear?
- An increase on the level cap?

Seriously though, I hate to repeat myself, but has anyone else had the experience of having multiple Legendary Engrams decrypt as Rares in a row?
It happened 4 times in a row now, so I am convinced it cant be just coincidence.

Scourage of Winter, the guy has a chance of dropping an item to trade to the Cryptech, did this like 6 times. No dice.
Well, it doesn't have to be restricted to the paid package to be included in the december update. Perhaps the Crucible maps will be added to everyone.
But regardless, I've yet to have matchmaking take any long at all on the PS4. PvP has been incredible, save for some small issues with the net code.

I have gotten more legendary items from rare engrams than legendary engrams. It's not just you, its everyone.

I hope the tower gets invaded and this asshole ask for help and I'll whisper on his ear "no", I'll call my ship and ride into the horizon. Bring one purple drop and a blue failed hard but reached lvl9 so he gave me 2 blues and 1 purple again. Gave me green junk and a god damn NORMAL chestplate
Not every, we've had some nice surprises like Killzone and The Last of Us Remastered.
Either way, I think (hope!) the Destiny community will be large enough to support paid PvP maps if they go that route. I want more.

Dude, I've decrypted TONS of Rares and haven't gotten ONE piece of Legendary gear.
The only Legendary item I have right now is a Mark for my Titan, which does jack squat.

One of the gold chests on Mars has a guaranteed strange coin in it. I can't remember which one it is or where it is, but there are plenty of videos out there showing how to get it.

I believe the fourth golden chest on Mars will have one. Or it might be the fifth. One of them should have one.

I have no idea how people deal with the Supplicants. They take too many hits despite being squishy.

Decide which three people are going to get warped. Let a Gunslinger use their super and clear the entire room. Once the room is cleared, proceed forward while taking out oracles. You want to slowly make your way to the exit while killing Oracles so you can maximize the Time's Vengeance buff time limit.

I went 22 in a row... everything was rares & materials. Just got a legendary helmet tonight finally. Couldn't believe it when I got it. Litterally blinked a few times before it registered.

It's not a specific one. It's whenever you open your 4th chest. The order you open them doesn't matter.

Here is the thing I don't understand. I've seen videos of people on Youtube decrypt Legendarys and their ratio of Legendary vs. Rare loot is WAAAY better than mine.

The guy decrypts 11 Legendary Engrams at once and he ends up getting 6 Legendary items, 5 Rares and 1 Rare crafting material.
That is like 50%. Its total BS that some people keep getting Legendarys more frequently while others get none. They need to fix the code of this game so that each time you decrypt a Legendary and get a Rare item, it increases your chances of getting a Legendary next time.
I tried to beat the final boss of the raid two times today. Spent hours for nothing. My teams just haven't been able to kill him fast enough. People die during the attack phase as well even though it's quite easy to stay alive. I don't know what to do. I need a good team so bad.

Grabbed this one earlier today by chance. It's in one of the small buildings near the area where you spawn. Next to the area where you first met the Cabal in the story mode I think.

When you unlock the second subclass with your Guardian, any new Guardian you create can immediately access their second subclass.
Also, I am now the proud owner of Super Good Advice (Exotic Machine Gun). Its bounty is super easy, did it in 30 minutes.

If you make an alt after unlocking the second subclass on your main you can use it from level 1
alts can start with the alternate subclacss if they have another character with subclasses unlocked

Yah...that really isn't an option. Again, it's really dumb that all three Faction's require Crucible marks for their gear. Not everyone wants to play PvP and it seems like that is being pushed pretty hard.
