I still have a Rare helmet, which is ridiculous. I got 2 chest pieces from the queen. Have like 5 chest pieces now. Dismantled all of them except for the maxed out Exotic.

Do bounties from her and once you complete them turn them in, you get like a token. You then go to orbit and on the left where the weekly and daily strikes are, you will see mission(s) are available from her

I'm not home yet, so each mission costs one token, or what?

When is it?

Iron Banner gets started up in October. Don't know when exactly but I wouldn't be surprised if it kicked off that first Tuesday 10/7, or perhaps later next week like 10/3.

That barrier behing the Bounty giver in the Towert is also up since the Queen's rep is there. Make sure to grab the dead ghost in there on the far railing!

Yea I'm gonna buy one just for the Dodge mechanic. I've had all legendary/exotic gear for a bit now so I figure why not.

You get rewards for completing the mission that follows the bounty.

It looks like there are 6 armor pieces (2 specific to each class), a sniper, and a ship that can be obtained from her missions.

Got the same set I had the first time, I already have the Incentive and I have The Last Word hand cannon from the crucible, not sure I want another hand cannon, especially since I hear the Thorn isn't that great. But I hear the same about the bad juju pulse rifle.

Which should I get? Bad Juju or Thorn?

It would seem so. I did the same mission twice and got the same thing both times, then got a different mission and got a different reward.

I did the earth mission 4 times, got the chest all 4 times. Maybe the reward is dependent on which mission you do.

I got the same rewards for doing 2 completely different missions though.

I did the earth mission a handful of times and the moon mission where you kill a giant knight and got nothing but chests, while my friend got a helmet on the earth one twice.

Just to get a feel of things: are there many people here playing on PS3 in Europe? I'm level 24 right now (didn't start playing until a week after launch) and keep hearing that Vault of Glass is easily the best thing in the game. I don't have a crew to roll through it, though, most of my friends are on PS4

Also, got my first legendary item today! It was from the Queen's quest, a sweet chestpiece for a Warlock When a friend of mine and I started the quest we didn't have much of an idea what to expect. We got the House of Winter (awesome, since there's a bounty on the boss' head!). And holy crap, I never would've thought Shanks would be the toughest enemy in a mission They had shields (I still haven't really grasped the whoel thing with them) and I could take those down. Thankfully, my buddy had a good fusion rifle just for them.

We cheesed the boss, though - dragged him to the stairs leading to his throne room, he couldn't do much to us as we unloaded our clips into him.

Tomorrow I'll probably reach level 2 in New Monarchy and buy myself something.

Bad Juju is not that bad. Seriously. I really enjoy it, and I haven't even fully upgraded it yet. It could just be the green flame thing though...I'm a sucker for those kind of effects...

Could be any mission from the game with two random modifiers and always the epic modifier.

You can only do as many missions each day as you complete bounties though. Each bounty you complete gives you a queen mark or some shit which turns into a guaranteed legendary armor piece-at the end of the mission.

By some miracle the last Legendary Engram that I found today actually gave me The Devil You Know hand cannon, which is exactly the weapon I had planned on buying from Vanguard this week. Running around in full Legendary/Exotic gear now, just need to upgrade everything.

I got both the chest and helmet from the Earth mission, unless there's other rewards then it seems entirely random.

Shields are easy when you learn that the color of it is the hint of the type of damage you need to do to it, Purple is void, Orange is solar/fire, blue is electric..etc..

Yes, you can do it at level 26. Just got to be real careful if solo and even more careful if in a group.

2 hours to go before I can play some more Destiny. Can't wait to snag a legendary helmet and a pair of gloves that actually helps a weapon I use. Then it'll be shards for days until the Queen event ends.

Hopefully I can get in on a Nightfall tonight or tomorrow. I would love to reap those perks for most of the week.

Edit: Also anyone have a screen or summary of the bonuses on the Warlock gear from the Queen stuff? Mostly wondering if I should just buy the FWC helm tonight or if the Queen one is sufficient.

Yes, one token for doing a mission. If you dont like the mission you can go to orbit and it won't take your token away.

Don't listen to this guy. Bad JuJu is terrible. The green flame is one of the things that makes it bad.
