There is a few, most of the reason you aren't seeing more is that getting from level 29 to level 30 requires 3 drops you can only acquire in raid. The people that are level 30 actually leveled multiple of the same class so they could run the raid three times and get loot for their main.
So I can't play until late tomorrow or more likely Thurs, so I'm curious on how the legendary thing works:
You do a bounty, are rewarded with a Queen's Wrath token or whatever, and then if you do a Queen's Wrath mission with a token, you lose that token and get a random legendary from the new set. Do I have that right?

Started the night off on a sour note, but then I jumped on the raid. The RNGesus has finally smiled upon me. Major thanks to fellow Gaffer, Vehnn for helping me out.

How is it possible to get 6 legendaries a day?
I have done all bounties except the cruciable ones and did the mission one time and got 1 legendary.

28 is it for me till i get raid gear.
Just checked and see that I have 41 strange coins. Xur better have something worthwhile this weekend, I probably should've just bought that exotic rocket launcher just to have it.
Think I'm gonna sign on in a few to try the Nightfall strike, I got up to the boss my first attempt but the minotaur that spawns in the back got me. I know what to expect now.

Every time you do a mission with a queen's whatever token from the bounties, you get a legendary. I got two today, the same chest piece unfortunately.

You get a legendary everytime you do the mission. There's 6 bounties meaning 6 legendaries.

I'd say it'd be silly for Bungie to make the queen's bounties/missions come daily. But then again, they've made some silly decisions all throughout this game. So maybe they did indeed decide to make it daily and let people get ascendant shards like crazy.
6 daily would be too much. 6 weekly I could believe.

Queens Wrath has been pretty awesome
The bounties were ok and the missions were pretty fun with my buddies. we only ran two so far and I got a helm and chest.
Both upgrades that pushed me to 25!

Some of us still have blue stuff in slots, too. For me, I carry the great shame of a rare helmet. I will remedy that one way or the other soon, since the vanguard mark cap just reset, though.

Same here. Got the last rare piece changed to a legendary and it wasn't all that hard.

I had rares in chest and helmet today. Did queen's bounties and missions, after the first two I was fully decked in legendary. Then I bought vanguard chest. So yeah it'd be silly because this'd be the best way to get ascendant shards really quickly.

So I've been grinding out Queen of the Reef bounties and drinking Blue Moons all night.
Not a bad night my friends. Though it seems my loot drops are especially poor tonight.

how exactly do you get ascendant shards without breaking down legendary gear?

Just got through playing with RPB Mr Croft and a bunch of other high levels. Needless to say they carried me through the whole thing. Really challenging and the hardest part were the freaking long jumps! Wtf
Glad these guys knew there shit, seems like Raids are built more for clans and that will turn off a lot of folks. I did get one good thing out of the run. Red death to go along with multi mida that I already had. Feels good, loving this game

Earth is the mission called restoration and I believe the venus actually tells you name of the mission.

they're still random not mission specific. I got chest and helmet from doing earth twice.
Bungie needs to fix it because as of right now it'd be stupid to do any mission besides earth. It's short as hell and relatively easy compared to the other one with only one small area/group of enemies to fight that are at 24.
Only other way is public events, either package or random reward from doing one once in a while, hoping for RNG to give you one from blue/purple engram, or getting one from a chest.

Story mission and draksis is the Kell you defeat in that mission from the house of winter.
Can you get any legendary weapons from the Queens missions or just Chests and Helmets?

Awesome. Does difficulty level effect the mission or the drops? Also, I went to the reef and saw there was nothing there. Where do you even go to check on your queen stuff?

Nope, you will get the bounty if you do it at any level and from what I know, the difficulty doesn't increase or decrease the chance for drops. And when you have done a bounty, click on the first emblem on the "Set Destination" screen, where all the planets/moon are. Thats how you get into the Queens Missions.
Thanks. Probably going to do a few of those missions tonight then and see if I get a weapon.
