Guys, what's your experience with lag in PVP? I've switched to wired connection in hopes of removing any lag, placed PS4 into a DMZ, manually configured MTU to 1492, but I see no improvement whatsoever when compared to wireless connection. I have NAT Type 2. My connection is 12/1.25.

Anything else I can do? It's not a huge problem since it's not always present but when it happens, it's very annoying.
 
Someone needs to tell Bungie that one of the cardinal rules of MMOs is you never force PvE players to PvP, and you never force PvP players to PvE. Ever.

Don't be fucktarded and only have PvP Queen's bounties on any given day. You can fuck right off with that shit Bungie.

Yes and Yes. Don't worry, with twitter screen its not that hard or long to make the album. I like the gun yes, it's slower than auto and a bit weird to tap every shot but super precise and good damage. You pop heads like beer caps. Pretty satisfying. Just... I miss unloading a full clip in full auto, holding down the trigger. I guess I have the Machine Guns for that

Well.. I am going to switch the boots when there is the opportunity because I do not like the things on the knees. But after all, this is a nice looking setup.

That Vault Cloak is the "bestest".. :D
 
So, I went 19-0 on Bastion last night. It'll probably never happen again but man I was just doing work. It was the first time I used Bladedancer in PvP so I think I'll stick with it from now on haha.

YEAH, TELL ME ABOUT THAT.

I have 200 Vanguard Marks caped and nothing being able to do, because I played for the Monarchy to rank the level 3.

Now I am stucked with that cap and I have to play Vanguard missions to rank vanguard and drain all marks I will earn during the process.

WHOEVER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT PUBLISHING A DAMN GAME MANUAL FOR DESTINY IS AN INCOMPETENT IDIOT. PERIOD.

I do not rant ever on the internet, but this is really borderline stupid considering the magnitude of this game.

I am completely stuccoed in the loop of reasonless play for next days and days because I need to unstuck my progress that have been stuck because whoever designed in-game prompts didn't add a sentence that says how there can be only 200 Marks max.

Simple manual would solve all problems. I probably wasted 10000 glimmer in the firs week because I didn't need them actually and it tok few days before realizing there is an actual cap. Now this Rep/Mark cap bullshit came.

It is annoying. A simple manual would do damn wonders. Even the famous "Companion App" does not says nothing about it.

And not even to start about my utter lack of any luck regarding ANY prizes, either weapons or loot. Check my post history to read the sad story about the only Guardian that had to EARN almost ALL OF HIS EQUIPMENT by actually BUYING IT.
 
I've played 101 strike missions and I've yet to pick up a single Legendary piece of armour from it. Nonetheless exotic

Like seriously
 
The 100 marks a week I could kind of understand, but the 200 max caps you can carry is pretty ridiculous. I would've thought Bungie would know better than to block off progression like that.

Glimmer being capped at 25k is also way too low (not that you need it for anything but ammo synthesis anyways).
 
Oh yeah, Suros Regime is indeed the best AR for PVE and PVP. Really can't let go of it for anything else, the upgrades are just too awesome. If y'all ain't got this for Iron Banner, y'all bout to get #rekt.

The only primary I may switch to if I get it would be the Last Word hand cannon.

I've noticed that I sometimes get a reset halfway through the day; for a while I thought bounties reset every 12 hours but that's obviously not the case. Would love to know what causes it!

Sigh..6 legendary engrams and 14 rares turn out to be nothing again. Patience running thin, just cant dig out of level 25 and its starting to get to me.

That's my character. All purples, with an exotic helmet and an exotic chest. Purple main, exotic shotgun, exotic rocket launcher. Level 3 Vanguard and Crucible, so I can buy anything else I need, weapons wise.

The only thing I haven't completed is the raid, due to not having a group to do it. I can't see a reason to get marks any more (as I'm geared up), so the only thing I really need are materials to max my upgrades, and to raid to get slightly higher level loot.

72 and a half hours, and I might be burnt out.

Holy fuck marks are capped at 200? who the fuck thought that was a good idea. I was saving crucible marks untill I hit 300 so I could get 2 legendary weapons at once. I wasn't paying any attention and I've blown through like 30 marks worth of crucible games. Yo that's some bullshit, why is the cap so low. YO THIS IS SOME SUPER BULLSHHIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTT, my weekly mark cap has moved but I can't get never reclaim those marks who the fuck thought of this brilliance?

Thats impressive. 3 of us did it last night, that minotaur that spawns behind you upstairs was a bitch. We had one guy "playing" with him in the open cave edge area jumping over his head and distracting while the other two of us took down the boss.

How did you deal with the minotaur?
 
3 of us beat the nightfall last night, took a few tries to get a good boss strat down that manages the adds. Very fun. We each got 7 strange coins at the end no gear.

Does the XP buff you get for the week also buff rep gains? I've heard both.

Lol not the only. I've completed the raid 3x now and I'm still rocking the same rare scout rifle and sniper rifle I've had since level 20. And I'm 29 now. Until I got my raid chest piece, I was wearing 3 legendary vendor-purchased armor peices and one exotic strange coin purchased armor piece. My two exotic weapons were a) purchased from strange coin guy and b) earned via an exotic weapon bounty (and not the one I wanted either).

Meanwhile I had 3 different people with me yesterday get exotic weapon drops. Meanwhile, I got the stupid legendary shotgun during the raid, and I never, EVER use shotguns. So here I am level 29 and still rocking purchased items for every slot, no decent legendary primary weapon, and the only 'lucky' item I've gotten was my raid chest piece... which I got twice and broke down the second time. They really should block you from getting raid pieces you already have so you have better odds at getting what you need. /sigh
