Yes, you end up with 30 light after upgrading all of it.
The last upgrade will give you 3 light and the one before that 2 light.

I would put Sunsinger before Gunslinger. I haven't seen many golden guns lately but Sunsinger... yeah, a lot of them.

Thought I was burnt out, or at least mentally I thought I was until I turned the game on again today. Jumping in and just shooting stuff in strikes/bounties with my buds just drags me back into having fun again. Damn.

Kill orders. I did all four PvE bounties solo no problem.

Just go back out into Orbit and re-select the kill order mission. It should give you a different mission. You want the "Restoration" mission on earth, which has you activate dinkle-bot twice then clear a small room of enemies. Take an arc weapon and you can clear that mission in less than 10 min.
The key is to keep going back into orbit if you don't get that mission.
You don't need to get the kill shots. I did it with a buddy earlier today an we both got credit for the kills. Just make sure you're close to it when it dies.
Mhm, you can cheese your way into an easy legendary by rerolling (you know it's the right one if it mentions "earth"). Restoration is, no exaggeration, a sub-5 minute mission.
I dont know if it's been brought up, but the cooldown period for the ammo synths is fucking ridiculous. I personally think that there shouldn't even be one, but since that isnt the case, the timer should be 30 seconds at the very least. Not three minutes or however long it takes. We were taking on that boss Primus-something on Mars last night for the Queen quest and both my friends died and since you need buddies to revive, I wasnt gonna take the chance to go get them because they were right in the middle of the battlefield and I didnt want to restart the checkpoint. So I hung back and found a safe spot to take sniper shots at the dudes head which eventually led to me running out of ammo a few times, loading a synth clip, unloading and then having to wait and making my friends wait until the cooldown period was up. Just plain old annoying all around.
Killed that boss with that method though. Good times.

I got Restoration a few times right away. With a Solar weapon its very easy (the Shanks seem to always have Solar shields). Its a great way to farm shards, the gear looks like shit anyway.

Me and my girl have killed it 6 times today. She got the bounty completed and I havent got credit for 1. We stand in same spot.
You will protect your dinklebot from the darkness while he does stuff guardian and enjoy it!
There are "level effects" which mean that you do greatly reduced damage, and take more damage from, mobs with a higher level than you.
It's my personal recommendation that you don't do strikes/missions that involve killing mobs that are a higher level then you. You could prevail, eventually, but it will take so long that it probably won't be fun.
I would run level 22 missions / strikes until you get some more light and hit 24. The Queen's emissary will be in the game until 2014-10-06, you have plenty of time.
And stay away from that cave, it's a soul-sucking nightmare.
i found out that ammo packs only stack to 20 :|

Yeah, I agree. It doesn't help that when you use one ammo pack, the other two go on a 5 minute cooldown for no reason. It's like...Bungie knew everything in their game was a bullet sponge, so let's put cooldowns on ammo packs!

heavy ammo synthesis without the cooldown would be OP. the use case you've just describe is not the primary one in which I pop the synth.
Special could have a lower cooldown than whatever it is though without being OP.

I've already done it, but if you need someone when the time comes I can help. I'm usually on between 8:00 - 12:30 or so pacific.
I'm not holding my breath on that one anymore...I'll be "Wrecked-One" for the rest of my PSN days I fear...I cringe every time I sign on.
That's the other thing. If you want to give me the cooldown timer on the clip I just used then fine, but dont make the other two synths unable to use as well.

I looked in the guide and it only lists 3 bounties so that may be all there is until they add more at a later date.

The only things I have to look forward to are a new faction emblem and raid gear. Kinda killing my enjoyment when the best gear is only dropped once a week and even then it isn't guaranteed
