Yes. You gain 1 light for every upgrade on a blue and 2 for every upgrade on legendary gear.

Worry not! There will be OTHER loot coves and areas! BUNGIE CANNOT STOP US FROM FARMING! Unless they actually fix the loot system and make it worthwile to do other things.

Another day, another Legendary item for my upcoming Titan and none for my Level 24 Hunter.

Judging by the pace of this I might as well stop leveling my Hunter and just go ahead and level my Titan and use the Legendary Items for me to actually go beyond Level 24.

It's better to have the weakest member of the fireteam draw the Minotaur away to the part where the Vex spawn and kiting it. That way you don't have to worry about killing it.

Bought the Crest of Alpha Lupi and I'm gonna try and get three more Motes of Light to get me a new Exotic Helm too. Dolla dolla bill y'all.

Now to hope I actually get those Motes now that I need them.

Then spend hours trying to pick which of the two you want to use.

Armor, but make sure it's worth it. The Sunbreakers were worth it for Sunsingers. The Heart of Praxic Fire even more so.

I have an exotic Titan helm ( the one with the light horns) and I'm terrified of spending my remaining motes of light for the exotic helm engram.

I'm either going to end up with the same helm or a piece or equipment my Titan can't use. What do NeoGaf?!

Want. If not, go with armor. Depends how badly u wanna raid and do higher difficultly things.

It would be nice if certain enemy types had a chance to drop specific materials so we could farm like normal humans.

You need ascendant energy - go farm some cabal centurions as they have a 1% drop rate...

Yup, Bungie would have been better off letting the treasure cave go untouched for another few weeks until they rolled out a major patch for the loot/spawns. Now people will just keep finding different areas until they are patched.

Anyone have any experience with Suros and Vanquisher VIII? Would it be worth it to upgrade? I just drained 150 marks a couple days ago in Vanquisher, have the coins for Suros, but curious if there is anyone who have tried both and have a consensus and if it would be worth it to go with Suros. I play PvP and PvE regularly, just haven't raided yet but plan to.

The heroic strike at 22, 26 and 28 (If you do lvl 28 first you get the strange coins you would have normally gotten for 22 & 26 without having to run them) is the only guaranteed method to get strange coins, 9 total. There are other ways...engrams/daily events/rewards from nightfall/crucible, but these are random.

Just for Defense upgrade and it is not 2 for every upgrade... in the Queen's Legendary Helmet it give me 2, 2, 2, 1, 2... it starts with 18+ and ends with 27+.
