I want to make a video on how to cheese this fight, but I keep forgetting to record lol.

You basically have the whole team wipe so they are on the top ledge.

Then assign someone to be the relic carrier. He's the only one who jumps down, grabs the relic, and the boss fight starts.

There's a way to climb your way back up to where the rest of the team is standing. It involves equipping the talent that gives you the highest jumps and using the relic in teh air to glide by hitting R1 a few times.

Once you're up there, you're just shooting your super at the boss to knock his shields out, and your team is pretty much safe. Just keep them cleansed and voila.

Thanks. That sounds incredibly cheesy, but probably worth a try if I get tired tonight. We spend 30min in the Templar fight to get to that point, and have since spent 2.5hrs getting nowhere but dead. We've gotten the health down to a sliver a few times, but it was always when we basically said fuck the teleports and got heavy-handed. PEACE.

Honestly, for me, it was just doing the Lv 20 strike until I got enough rare pieces to get me through the levels. You're kinda before the RNG gods there. I'm pretty sure there's no better way other than getting friends to pull you through the Queen missions.

Upgrading an all Rare/Blue lvl 20 set should put you at 24.

Do you not have any lvl 20 Blue gear?

It's weird that that helmet has a white visor when viewing from bungie.net but is actually yellow...I wish it stayed white.

It sucks you cant adjust the sound within the game. Even on party chat with the mixes focused on party, I still cant hear jack shit of what my friend is saying during most firefights. Maybe its the sound app that came out for the Gold headset that is fucking it up, but who knows.

I just realized that raidGAF is only psn. Anything similar for xbox one players? would love to start doing raids and being able to do the nightfall weekly strikes. Everyone I play with is 24 and below besides one of my friends.

I'm looking forward to picking up that exotic auto rifle later. I have 38 coins burning a hole in my pocket. I read a few people saying not to upgrade. Are you referring to all the upgrades or to a certain point?

I probably should've read up on the exotic weapon bounties before I selected them. I picked the guns based on looks and I'm currently working on Thorn and Bad JuJu. I'm glad to hear they are being buffed. Hopefully I can kill that wizard off tonight though. I failed the mission twice last night and just packed it in.

On a side note has anyone realized an increase in engrams drops as a whole? Normally when I do missions I feel as if nothing drops, but last night after the removal of the original loot cave it felt as if things were flying out of every mob I shot. It could've just been the RNG being kind, but I asked my friend and he seemed like it was better as well.

Do some Queens bounties and ask a higher level friend to help you with two missions so you can get two legendaries.

I probably should've read up on the exotic weapon bounties before I selected them. I picked the guns based on looks and I'm currently working on Thorn and Bad JuJu. I'm glad to hear they are being buffed. Hopefully I can kill that wizard off tonight though. I failed the mission twice last night and just packed it in.

On a side note has anyone realized an increase in engrams drops as a whole? Normally when I do missions I feel as if nothing drops, but last night after the removal of the original loot cave it felt as if things were flying out of every mob I shot. It could've just been the RNG being kind, but I asked my friend and he seemed like it was better as well.

I've noticed a boost in drops too.

I just ran a random strike and got 3 blue engrams in that short run.

I calculated the stats I would get with FWC items + exotic helm + NM gauntlets and I liked it, but still---raid gear is the only gear that can get me to 30. So it doesn't matter what stats I want if I was to be a level 30

No, what combination of int+disc+str you wanted. In case you wanted faster supers, faster grenades to come off cooldown or faster melee special to come off cooldown respectively
