Considering that they have 12.5 second 1/4mi cars keeping up with 11.1 second 1/4mi cars, I'd hope that they let you upgrade them.![]()
I hope so too but I've seen nothing in souping up the cars with new parts.

You can fixed them up visually but that is it.Random question, do you fix up cars in this or do you just race them as they come?
I believe you just race them, no tuning or adding aftermarket parts and such... You can add liveries (from a selection) to the cars though and make a logo for your club via preset icons and symbols which you can stack on top of each other.Random question, do you fix up cars in this or do you just race them as they come?
This is a arcade racer, very much about the pick up and play gameplay rather than the more sim like games like GT and Forza.I don't know much about this game, is it PS4 version of Forza 5 (1080p 60fps)? What differentiates them?
Please someone post a gif from we're they pass under the bridge

Driveclub is an arcade racer, has dynamic day/night cycles and dynamic weather including snow.I don't know much about this game, is it PS4 version of Forza 5 (1080p 60fps)? What differentiates them?

A bit of research isn't going to kill you. But i'm sure some gaffers will help you out.I don't know much about this game, is it PS4 version of Forza 5 (1080p 60fps)? What differentiates them?
I dont really like how india looks.
Well, seeing as there's no rubberbanding, it must be the other one.Huh. Did they just make all of the cars perform similarly? Or is it rubberbanding?
Rushy says there is no rubberbanding, doesn't mean there is no rubberbanding. We'll only know at launch based on multiplayer and if you perform faster in a race than the same track solo. (#1 times only.)Well, seeing as there's no rubberbanding, it must be the other one.
Jesus fuck the lighting is unreal.
If the Forza Horizon 2 preview is anything to go by potentially Eurogamer.

The cars are sectioned up into different classes (see this: http://abload.de/img/driveclub_categorye4uev.png ) of course some cars will have higher top speed, faster acceleration and different handling and such within each class.Huh. It's the snow gifs that always get me. Just phenomenal.
HO-LEE-SHIT...this game looks incredible. I love the look of the desert tracks.
3D crowds, non baked lighting, an implemented AA solution, no micro transactions.

That captured me..the whole atmosphere of lightning, snow the sun behind the mountain and just the mood of it.
This is better looking than Forza, right?
That's what it is. It's not just the graphical quality, but the fact that they nailed the ambiance. It looks so bitterly cold that you can almost feel it.

Thanks for clarification. I use to think 60fps was necessary for racer, but FH illustrated to that it is more than adequate. This sounds like a much more casual/fun version of Forza 5 with more dynamic visuals. Looks good! It's 30 fps. You could say it's the "PS4 version of Forza 5" if you're talking about them both being a track-based racer, though that's pretty much where the comparisons end. Driveclub looks to be a bit more forgiving in terms of its physics (I don't think we've had a good look at the assists options though), but its primary focus seems to be the social and community aspects of racing against other players in clubs. How this turns out is yet to be seen.
It looks better but ones an open world racer and one is not. But I don't know if you are talking about graphics or actual gameplay.
