whatever man, I'm not arguing that the players there were dumb, I agree on that. but being dumb or not doesn't make the weapon less broken.
I think that you need more skill with auto rifles and headshots than charging the weapon for 1 sec and then aim anywhere on the enemy body to kill them in half a sec.

welp, I'm just level 21 with not a single legendary/exotic piece of equipment, what's the best way to farm them? I have to buy them or I can try my luck somewhere?

4-8 per day depending on what they are.

You have to go through one at a time, otherwise it'll do that. Just make sure you go through single file and not bunched up.

I believe Xur sells some kind of experience bonus consumables for weapons. I haven't used them myself so not exactly sure how good they are but may be worth checking out.

I mean, i like getting rewards but if i put 2/3 days in hardcore striking i will probarly be level 28/29 gearwise and there wont be much to do untill there is DLC.

Despite the rather dull climax, the cerberus vae strike on mars is shaping up to be my favorite. it's like the devil's lair on a larger scale. really enjoy the progressing encounters, especially blasting shit with the interceptor, and of course the environment. the venus strikes are decent and devil's lair still holds up. summoning pits and dust palace on the other hand can take a hike.
