I'm trying to learn Gift of the Sun so I can be a Sunsinger boss like you! What skills do you roll with? I'm thinking the Radiant Toughness for most play, but swap it to the self rez for night strike and maybe the cool down for whole team for when I do raids? Do you go with longer Radiancy? or the Viking one?

For PVP I use fusion grenades and gift of the sun coupled with Voidfang Vestment so that I always spawn with two grenades, the fusion grenades stick easily to guardians if you aim half-decently. For PVE it's solar grenades and sunbreakers plus the perk that makes grenades ignite, that way the solar grenades stay on screen for a long-ass time while causing big damage, good for enemy clusters.

I was trying this as a hunter last night too. Tried triple jump and higher jump. I could get close but could never reach the ledge.

I know it's fucking nothing but I grabbed blessing of the gifted for fun and the last few missions I ran I saw more stuff drop then usual. I'm not crazy guys. I've been playing every day since launch. I will chalk it up to RNg but damn If that's not weird.

And the rares werent even level 20 rares! All crappy ones. So frustrated!
Edit: Can anyone explain why I should use Teleport instead of Glide on my warlock? I have a lot of trouble moving with the teleport.

Gonna try to beat the weekly heroic right now. Need some help as I just can't seem to beat the boss on my own. I know psn is broken so I don't expect much. Would just like to be able to purchase a piece from xur before I have to wait another week.

I just got to the final boss but we got rekt. 15 minutes shooting at him and not even 50% health down.
Are you running nightfall right now? I was gonna eat but I can wait if you're running that mission..

Soooooo, I got 21 coins and I'm torn between trying to get 2 others for Suros even though I have a Shingen-E, or saving those up for next week when (Xur and RNG willing) I might have the chance to get a Heart of the Praxic Fire with Intelect for my warlock. Opinions?
Actually I swap talents out depending on what I'm doing. If I'm patrolling or fooling around, I stack agility. If I'm raiding, I prioritize armor and recovery. PvP, depends on how I feel but mostly I stack agility be mobile. However, I also tend to use Fusion Grenade in PvP, but that or solar works. I'd like to mess with Firebolt. Never tried it before.
I pretty much have Fireborn on all the time, but I'll sometimes use Radiant Skin.
Focused Burst and and Balanced Glide? Up to you. I stay with Focused Burst to get huge hangtime.
Flame Shield is my must.
Radiant Will and Viking Funeral are both good. However Viking Funeral + Solar Grenades + Touch of Flame is pretty damn nasty. This allows your grenades to do their initial damage as well as produce DOTs on enemies even if they're running out of the grenade blast radius.
Gift of the Sun makes Radiance radiant IMO. However, like I said above, a case can be made for Touch of Flame. Angel of Light is okay, but I think it lacks compared to the other two.

What's the best way to level up during the first post-20 levels? I read the Hawkian FAQ, but I'm having no luck finding or getting any Rare armor level 20. I'm doing the strike playlists, crucible and bounties. Anything else I should be doing? I'm level 21 and I keep missing on the weekly/daily heroics and all the other stuff that can get you a bunch of marks/rep/loot.

Remember, the maximum amount of marks you can hold is 200. If you have 200 already but earn a few more from doing something, those marks just disappear.

So I've completed the Raid, the Weekly Nightfall Strike, the Level 28 Weekly Heroic Strike and (almost) reached the 100 Crucible and Vanguard Mark cap. I've also done all the non-annoying Bounties. What am I supposed to do now?

Only 22. For some reason I just can't make it esp. With the terrible cool down wait for ammo packs.
This one took me a while as well. I got to 5 from drops and then the gunsmith was selling rare fusion rifles a few days ago.
FYI, after you dismantle 10 you must
kill 200 enemies in the Nightfall strike with a fusion rifle.
It's a far cry from the one for Invective which can be cleared in about an hour.
I went from level 15-20 this afternoon, so now I'm finally able to start focusing on end game gear and harder level strikes. I have to say, this game has been a blast to play up to this point. Playing with friends is very, very vital to the enjoyment I've been having. I'm taking a break for today to get back into playing Diablo 3 with my wife, but I think clearing 5 levels is pretty good for an afternoon of playtime. Lol.
I'm really loving this game. It's not perfect, and Bungie has made some odd design decisions in small areas, but the sheer fun of the combat, and the gorgeous art design has outweighed my minor complaints so far.

Hmm... Not sure where you are talking about then. I've never seen a Titan go somewhere that I couldn't with triple jump, so I'm really curious. Found this vid, but it's a Hunter, so I doubt that the one you're talking about:

When you say Rare armor, you mean the blue armor? You should be using blue armor that has light to level up. While doing this, try to get a faction up. PvE for vanguard, or crucible/factions for PvP. I personally went Vanguard despite it taking a while.
Use the Strike Playlist as well. In a nutshell, I think your goal should be getting one of the gear vendors to level 3.
