Are the servers getting attacked again? I finally got a vehicle map to get my last kill for a bounty and the game has now kicked me back to the main menu 4 times.
okay... that makes a bit more sense
but its still basically a machine gun
because fusion rifles can't crit

Damn, raid team ended on the final boss, I don't think everyone understood the tactics behind it so we struggled. I don't admit to knowing exactly how everything works but I've watched a few runs of it and get the idea (although no idea on relic controls so leave that to others). Still waiting on that first full run through of it.
I do have a growing list of decent shotguns though, got the Invective through an exotic bounty the other day and during the VoG run I got the Found Verdict which deals extra damage to Oracles.

Too many real life obligations to really commit at all. Sometimes I think I'll be on all night, and end up only playing for a few minutes. Other times I go to jump on real quick, next thing I know I've been on for six hours. Would have had plenty of time to raid, and just farted around farming bounties.
It being a primary is the biggest offender to me. You would chew through ammo normally with the starting amount due to how it works...but with that slot you start with 168 shots and a 21 bullet clip, lol.

Eh, overrated. The guy who has the gun completed the hard mode raid, meaning that he's probably a top tier player to begin with. Seeing as how there is no 'rank' system in PvP...yeah, anyone can look good against others when you're that good ._.
Gun is a glorified scout rifle IMO.

Haha, I remember when the image came out a few days ago, and someone was trying to downplay the gun because it was going to be like the hobgoblins shooting it and the full auto + no charge on was not going to be bad at all. I knew it was going to destroy people. A fusion rifle is already stupid OP, add to it no charge just makes you a walking god, like i predicted.

True... Temporarily. Until the trials of Osiris is unlocked, high end players wont have much else to do but wreck house in PVP for laughs(don't even mention the Iron Banner, from all sources that looks like another two week cycle event).
I love that the weapons I use in PvE are getting nerfed for PvP balance, and then shit like FR's and then this thing are still in there. Just separate the goddamn modes Bungie.

The shooting is fun. That's enough to keep me playing even with the abysmal content.
naw. i don't think going back to set weapon loadouts would 'fix' anything in destiny's case.
i want to see at least one honest attempt at addressing the overall PvP landscape before i really reel one way or the other. I think they're waiting for the fukkery of Iron Banner before hitting on the majority of the PvP issues but...
i could be wrong as fuck lol

Hey guys, we just "beat" the raid, but when it was supposed to end and go to the ending screen, it didn't. We were just stuck in that arena. We all died to see what would happen, and we just stayed dead.
I'm asking this because we didn't get anything. We got the trophy, but we cant "continue" the raid, it thinks we finished it. But we didn't get our rewards. Can I contact Bungie?

uh, what? i dont see the connection. i just want a close to level playing field. that gun is not it. hell, suros is not it. shit, galahad-e / shingen-e, is not it. you can keep the separate classes and subclasses, there is no clear cut winner, but the weapon imbalance is a joke.
You get your rewards as soon as the boss dies and it shows up on the side of the screen which is really easy to miss.

It purposely done that way. There is no reward screen. You do have your reward tho if you get one. It's temporary fix until Bungie really goes in and fixes it.
The rewards are random so you guys didn't get a good roll this time. That's the end of the raid.
Atheon is the last boss, if u defeated him you finished it. Theres no result screen and the rewards get received as soon as you kill him. They are random

For me there's a rhythm there in the (obviously repetitive) missions, strikes, etc.. that I am comfortable with; That combined with some sense of progression through better gear acquisition. For example I really want a rare class vehicle and a speed/contrail upgrade for it that is driving my gameplay sessions. Then there's the Raid that I want to try afterward.
But it's definitely that rhythm-- grind or no-- that I hit that I find enjoyable. I do play a lot of other stuff though so I'm not burning myself out on only this one game.
removing majors was top priority
the shooting is fun
that's about it for me

They let people fuck around and take vids/screens at the end. Have your fireteam leader return everyone to orbit for the raid to end.
the classes all have things that set them apart too - depending on the situation/map/room/etc, something is going to win out over the rest more than not. going back to standard loadouts for all throws a lot of personalization (something that game was always priding itself on) out the window while also just... not addressing things
mechanically, the best FPS i've played in years. a lot of things are forgivable for me after that

It's good great gunplay and it's something enjoyable with friends. For me I'm just playing it right now till Shadow of Mordor and the other October games come out. By then I'll probably just play it from time to time for events and such or when friends want to shoot stuff.
the core gunplay is so satisfying. i also really enjoy the progression systems and the universe they've built.
I won't have the shards until Tuesday. I'm 3/4 done with 28
