You really love the hight ROF and low impact guns. Does not make them better than a suros. Higher Impact at the loss of some RoF is nicer

your best bet is to wait, because they specifically said that legendary engrams that were made prior to the patch will turn to blues. Legendary post-patch will guarantee legendary minimum, but they also will become more rare so no guarantee you'd get a legendary from that package. My advice? Go for it. No need to hoard it imho. Just go with your gut feeling.

They don't do more damage per shot in PVP or PVE, they do more DPS. There's a very big difference.

Got it as a reward for hitting rank three... It PVP the Shingen is still better, and the Suros is better in PVE.
Probably not. The ultra high rate of fire gujs tend to not get enough stability to be useful.

im going to say you are dumb, look at the ballistics you have equipped before. I looked at the weapon online and its cqb ballistics which GREATLY reduces recoil and has a significant range penalty.
You're gaining range and losing recoil because the new thing is less extreme than the old thing.

Well, that's just fantastic! Ugh. I've leveled almost exclusively with Dead Orbit so I'm still at lvl 0 with vanguards. I just feel like what I'm rocking with now (Silvered Hushwind-D) isn't getting the job done. Surely dead orbit's AR will be a step up?

Not if you're getting all crits with the Suros, which is way easier with the perfect stability mods.
Hard Light and Monte Carlo feel more like SMG's, with tons of unpredictable recoil. These two might be better than the Suros at closer ranges, but at least in PvE you want to stay in mid-long range.

it is very nice. with the upgrades i believe it takes 8 perfect shots down sights to kill a player in crucible. its magazine is 33.
