I don't think its true. I've been rocking the Blessing of the Unmade mark for a long time now and I haven't seen any benefits at all.
This really isn't a solution to the games problem. So the solution is for me to not enjoy the weekly and special content at my level and instead grind the same stuff over and over so I can get to a higher level?
How about they just allow matchmaking. That'd be easy.

I was just thinking, how frustrating would Destiny be without a great community/clan/group?
With no voice coms and no way to know what people are wanting to do before you add them to your fireteam (if you don't know them)... wow, that would blow my mind with frustration. I used to be a soley SP player, and without fireteams with like minded peeps, this game would feel totally different, especially once you're 20+.
Hadn't thought about those with no support network previously, and I'm glad GAF is here to help and join in on the fun.

Nah, that's the proper ship, it's uses the exact same model.
I would love this to be a thing. The game needs way more items that add some interesting changes to how players work etc. Kinda like PoE where 1 item drops and it leads to some interesting builds.

Been using the Galahad-E for a few days before I upgrade to the Suros. Overall? I think it's the same. The upgrade where you do more damage but less rate of fire for ADS is both good and bad.
Bear in mind, I haven't upgraded it much yet.

Finally got an exotic bounty, wooo! Problem is I need to deconstruct 10 rare or better fusion rifles. So I had three sitting in my inventory and after deconstructing them, I got zero progress towards the bounty... Any ideas why? These were all definitely fusion rifles, in the secondary weapon group. Can you not have any xp poured into them for it to count?
Another question, how long can you leave a reward in the post office? I have a legendary reward for hitting Vanguard Rank 3 and I wanted to try out waiting until after the patch to accept it to get a guaranteed legendary if I get any purple engrams out of it.

That Ice Breaker I got randomly from the Vanguard Tiger playlist is pretty nice. Perks don't seem to work right on it though. First weapon I've seen with perk issues. Works great without them anyway.
Also hit rank 7 Vanguard tonight and got some legendary sniper with arc damage that I also got when I hit rank 3 (which I originally dismantled). This game can't stop giving me sniper rifles; I've already got both exotics. I want fusion rifles, game.

I imagine it's hard to judge given drops are completely random, it's definitely interesting though because it does seem unusual that the items the speaker sells are not easy to obtain with the high MoL cost and from what we're told they don't offer anything besides minor cosmetic changes (people do like that sort of thing though).

Though I had been doing that all along, with vanguard ones too.
I've only turned in like 2-3 Crucible bounties ever, the rest have been Vanguard bounties, and I've gotten I think 5 exotic bounties. Last one I got only had Invective and Thorn on it, which I just declined since I'm still sitting on the Bad Juju one.

People will say different things, but I have an almost fully upgraded Suros and this is what I think:
With the lower rate/higher dmg on ads mod It feels like a primary Machine Gun more than an AR. It has 33 rounds in the clip and the lower rate lets you sustain fire for a long time.
The accuracy is incredible, and you can mod it to have 100% stability and even improve its range and accuracy.
In pvp as soon as you unlock the low rate/more dmg mod the accuracy and stability make consistent headshots a breeze.
The unique upgrade (bottom half of clip does extra dmg, dmg dealt has chance to return health) help 1on1 encounters swing in your favour, and the clip size means you can take out 2-3 guardians before reloading.
Equally, in pve it just mows things down.
It's not unstoppable OP, but it is a little but too versatile currently. I can do just as well in pvp with my Cryptic Dragon, but Suros lets me get the same results while putting in half the effort.
And that's my issue with it, it makes killing a little too effortless.
Even when it inevitably gets it's effectiveness at range nerfed it will still be very good.

Agreed, it has been fun goofing around in PvP but now I want to make some progress... And they are making it very difficult for me to keep playing this game.
I actually get a lot of blue drops, but those are all weapons, most of which I already have. Sometimes I get blue minerals/materials too. When I get armor drops it's green 80% of the time, the rest are commons or blues with a lower light level.
Thanks for the tip! I'll make sure to do that once the freaking game starts handing me out some meaningful armor parts which could take some days/weeks (?)

Mine was from turning in Vanguard bounties. I knocked out all five but didn't turn them all in at the same time. I figured it has more to do with being Vanguard Rank 3 now (just hit it tonight and shortly before I got the exotic bounty). I expect it's random but you have to meet certain parameters to have a chance like maybe completing x amount of bounties.

I think strike playlists have a good chance at blue gear with light levels. So does pvp.
The four hit burst fire when you unlock the stability mod is just amazing. Run up to something and just hold down fire. For missions with the solar burn modifier it can drop majors in a second.
In pvp it's deadly. Miss the first and hold down fire and you get three more super fast chances to drop your target. Get used to compensating for the recoil and you can take out multiple targets in one burst.
When I take a primary Exotic, I always feel bad that I can't take this too.

level 28, done tons and tons of crucible and vanguard bounties, still haven't gotten a wif of an exotic bounty. but RNGezus has been slow to embrace me with purples so maybe my luck will change.

I'm in the process of upgrading my remote right now. Dismantling it is a mistake imo.
Running with two shotguns is a unique experience. Just finished the daily solo with my Remote and an Arc power Judgement VI. Give something like that a go before you decide to get rid of it
The idea of taking a shotgun and a sniper also sound squire appealing in pvp.
Is that the one from the Vanguard vendor? I'm not a big fan of that. Stability is too erratic for the rate of fire imo. But yea, Hard Light looks immense.
