Leveling up this faction is such a fucking chore once you've completed all the daily bounties.

So far I have got 4 legendary engram and all came out to be green once decoded. like seriously WTF. Now I have two more, and I am going to wait until the patch comes out on Tuesday. Hopefully that will help?

I just equip my new stuff when I turn in my bounties. What's really slow to upgrade is the exotic weapons.
But yeah, most stuff aren't really worth using until they are upgraded.
are people not reading patch notes anymore ? all purple engrams will turn blue on the day of the patch... decode them right now man.
It's been busted since Friday, there was a free PSN weekend and since it's barely able to handle all the paying customers, all of the people checking out the free trial caused a lot of stuff to bust. Considering sonys track record when handling psn issues, it could be a while.

They really need to fix the Phalanxes. Getting melee'd by them sometimes results in an instant "killed by the architects" death. And when you stagger them to drop their shield and attempt to melee them, the shield somehow catches the attack unless you're directly beside them.
So instead of Destiny being a year too early, its a year too late it seems.
All purples will become blue when the patch hits. Better get those decoded now.
I dream that one day I'll find a guy that helps me the queen's missions or weekly heroic strikes so maybe I can get past this fucking level 23.

How long does the raid take on average? I have an odd working pattern so I can play for 2 or 3 days all day, then not at all for a few days. Hard to find a group for it.
They let everyone play for free this weekend.
2 or less if you know what you are doing,4 or longer if you don't.
Yeah i hope free weekends don't happen again for a long time. Now that it's mandatory for online play, people that want it already have it and if they don't they just don't want it. A free weekend is not going to change that, specially if they have a shitty experience like this weekend.
It does seem very glitchy..

I swear that 3/4 of the difficulty of Atheon is getting the FUCK out of the FUCKING PORTAL without it glitching out on you and putting you back inside it.

Don't lie, you know the hardest part of the raid is getting people who know how to not die defending the portals.
Jumping onto those pillars is pretty dumb because I've never seen anyone survive and not fuck it up doing so.
Folks don't believe me when I say stick to the middle after opening the proper portal, but noooooo....

Evenings or hours? I'm only level 26 and haven't been able to find a group for the queens wrath, nightfall or weekly heroic strikes yet, getting 5 other people to play at the same times seems to an Herculean task.

Isn't that insane to think about. . if they would of made this a console release we would have the game we were promised.
God reading on what the game was suppose to be is just sad. .I want that game. As fun as I find this game (though stale sometime) I would really enjoyed that Destiny. I guess I will be hoping for better from The Division, Witcher 3, And Cyberpunk. .

Portal team definitely would have the easier job inside the portal if it weren't for the glitching.
I've never tried going to the middle for the outside team though, do you just focus fire to make sure the Supplicants don't tear you apart one by one? The pillar trick is annoying because you're a sitting duck up there.

I haven't done the Raid yet, I waited to be 28 and have the right gear. I don't want to have to wait God knows how long to buff up again.
But the helmet is so damn sexy.
Awww yeah, took a few more cracks at Nightfall solo and managed to clear it. The reward was kinda bad (New Monarchy scout rifle) but it was super fun to do so w/e.
I saw at least one person ask me what the "hidey hole" was. Check out this dude's video for what it is and how to find it. He does it as a Titan, but I was able to make it up there pretty easily with my Warlock. I'm sure all the classes can do it, just how you get to said spot may differ depending on how your class moves.
Edit: And my recommendation for getting to this spot a bit easier is to pick off a few of the Minotaurs before you jump down. This gives you a bit more breathing room in case you miss your jumps and since the boss fight hasn't officially started yet, the Minotaur wont spawn behind you.

It's kind of stupid really, I shouldn't have to depend on rng for the shader I want.
They have the guardian outfitter who is completely useless because she always has the same crap.
Yes, either it's a glitch or Bungie trolling. It's unfortunate, Destiny has a solid core, but there are so many uncooked ideas that need to be finished. I love this game to death (too ashamed to admit how many hours I have), but Bungie has a lot of things to fix up and implement.

You can try getting the Queen chest for now if you really want to switch over. 28 for the Raid is kind of over kill. There are some level 28 enemies at the end but I didn't have much of a problem doing damage at level 27.
