Where's the best spot to get ten quick Fallen major / ultra kills?

A lot of people still haven't even attempted it. It's the highest level content in the game. It's equivalent to spoiling the final level / boss of a game.
 
I definitely want to get in on a raid sometime but my playing time is at a premium and it might be awhile before I can put together a decent stretch to play. Oh well. I might to settle for filling in here and there until I can squirrel away a few solid hours.

When you first spawn on Earth, go to your left and enter the tunnel using the stairs. There are 3 hive majors down there. Go back up and outside, then do it again. Easy bounty.

Fallen, not Hive.

I'd use the Moon for Fallen majors, inside the base just up the hill and to the left from where you spawn in patrol mode. There's always one and sometimes two majors in there, and they respawn when you leave very fast. Plus a Warsat PE is in that zone that could pop up and make it much easier.

I thought that bounty was for 10 Fallen or Hive majors? I've never seen a separate bounty for just one or the other.
 
Bungie is taunting me. Had 2 legendary engrams drop tonight, but my Cryptarch is at 2830, so I don't want to decrypt them (and forego the guaranteed legendaries I'll get in the mail when he ranks up tomorrow).

They aren't guaranteed. I've gotten two blue engrams in the mail more often than I've gotten a legendary.
 
Whew! 25 Strikes for Bad Juju down. I used the level 22 weekly for the double contribution. Stabilised at around 8 and a half minutes per run. A bonus was I knocked out a bunch of the Queen bounties during the fallen bit at the beginning.

The buff better be real

Can not be stated enough. Anyone interested in Raiding in any game needs absolutely to have patience, avoid playing the blame game, and above all have a sense of humor. Being able to laugh off "silly" mistakes can keep morale up which is best for performance.
