This is how I solo'd the weekly and nightfall strike. I didnt exactly set any speed records, but it shows the spots I used for the tank and final boss.

You just named 3/4 from the same company, lol. Someone mentioned the last patch hit on a Wednesday, so that was a more logical guess than Tuesday.

Yup, that's true haha, Blizzards done a good job. It's strange though that Bungie decided on resets being Tuesday, and not dropping a patch/taking the game down for maintenance...you're going to have people doing daily strikes/Nightfalls and pissing them off if you drop the patch late in the day or the week.

77 Wizard Fusion Rifle
So awesome for defense on control and narrow choke points, insane range and pretty tight grouping of rounds. Reminds me of the 'prawn' rifle on District 9, at least in sound and firing mechanics.

Perfect fit for running Sunsinger. Extends the time of my solar grenades which is great for tackling control points. Plus they just look awesome

Pure fun. 66 round mag and it burns through it fast. One of my favs for running around on Patrol & PVE.

I just recently got Ice Breaker and Universal Remote, haven't played with them nearly enough yet but both seem fun.

Did Hard Mode Raid last night and again today as well as the normal raid and got jack squat for loot drops. One team member did get the Hobgoblin primary weapon fusion rifle thing, that bastard.

I shouldn't complain since I was able to hit Lv 30 last week even with just one character when a lot of people are still trying to get the raid armor. Except now I have nothing to do until the raids reset next week...

I've maxed out all of the subclass skills for my hunter and would like to level up a Titan or Warlock to be of more use to raiding parties and whatnot.

Does my faction and vanguard and cryptarch progress carry over between characters, or do I start at zero again everywhere?

I feel you. However, I think there's a stark difference between Blizzard and Bungie. One has been in the rodeo of online multiplayer games and have provided a variety of experiences. Bungie has so far succeeded with terrific console shooters. Where Bungie focused on their slice and went deep with console shooters, Blizzard has like half of a huge block with the depth to go along with it.

The speaker sells cosmetic items (Titan Marks) for Motes of Light. Wallach wishes to purchase a specific one, which will mean acquiring 25 motes of light during this week- IF the speaker has what he wants when his stock refreshes.

You are in a thread with hundreds of people playing destiny, online right now - at least post your gamer tag and you will get some FR, there are dozens of people lfg for high level stuff every day.

And the only place you can get primaries with damage types is the raid...

I'd much rather use a Suros / Fusion Rifle with relevant damage for the nightfall as that seems to be the only place where damage types actually matter, or a Heavy Machine gun with Void and then switch to primary with higher impact for VoG hard.

Is it actually any good? I *love* hand cannons but have no idea which ones are decent! and am sort of expecting my first exotic to be junk because... Rahool.

Yeah its really not so bad with 6 people, especially now that some of us will have experience. We all went in blind last weekend and while it was a ton of fun, it was pretty time consuming trying to figure out everything from scratch.

I don't know if everyone's available this saturday but it'll probably be me, you, ragarra, skamawall, xthexshepx, and one of the guys we had last time (some had to leave throughout), teraclips/scaregoat/footos/etc. If anyone can't make it we will definitely hit up GAF

And if I missed anyone - I'm down for doing multiple runs for sure.

I wouldn't mind if gear dropped and it wasn't for my class, at least I have stuff to give to alts, but just getting shards / energies is insane.

I also wish they had thought of more interesting trophies for the raid instead of doing it flawlessly, especially considering some parts of the last boss fight are extremely bugged,

Kill a Gorgon, Defeat all Oracles in phase two of the Atheon encounter within 3 seconds of each other, Defeat Atheon in under 3 minutes, Defeat the Templar with nobody in the raid being marked for negation, Defeat Atheon without the relic being dropped / without any Vex sacrificing themselves to the construct, Reach the top end of the passage between the Gorgon Labyrinth and the entrance to Atheon's chamber without touching a floating platform

Only good thing about that gun is that it has void damage.

This Scout Rifle is awesome, it has a built-in radar when you're not using ADS that tracks materials, not sure if it also tracks chests. It's awesome when you need to farm materials.

Only your Glimmer carries over. Everything else starts from scratch, and of course...whatever you store in the Vault can be shared between characters as long you have to required level met.

I found a spot where you can respawn.

load up nightfall, hop in your sparrow and hug the right wall until you get to a circular door and head through it. you'll end up at Fire Base Rubicon with lv28 mobs.

they don;t respawn so you'll have to do a few runs. bring ammo.

Firstly, this isn't hostility. Secondly, the folks here are good people.

Thirdly, I do think more matchmaking for content would've been nice, but using this OT, it's been very easy to find groups. There's also Reddit and DestinyLFG, both of which have their own resources to get groups.

NIH Syndrome is the new company looks at it, completely ignores it or doesn't want to copy or mimick, and creates their own method. A method that is either hated or considered inferior. Sometimes they'll evolve to copy the other company, but that's the gist of it....not considering an option because it didn't originate within the company.

This is not actually true. All it has is a compass on the side of that does what you'd expect a compass to do, point north.

Dude you should be ecstatic. That hand cannon is insane. You hit the lottery and got one of the best easily. It also has unique animations.
