I think Bungie has spoken out saying it's bullshit and they have no effect.

I want the legendary vulture bond that changes color to purple when in battle and blue when ur in tower. 5 motes left. Fuck the armor gamble for this week.Space wizards gotta look good.
 
So I got my second exotic bounty, now do I go for Thorn, Bad Juju, or Invective?

Also legendary gear you sank 18 shards into already I assume only net you 2-3 when you break them down? Just trying to figure out if I should lvl up all my 27 gear awhile since it doesn't seem like I can find a crew of friends to do the raid.

Add me psn gatti-man. Im trying to geta group together too. Im a lvl 28 titan. Beat the final boss last week but thats all i could get in for.
 
Well that's annoying. Co-worker I've been running with in Destiny was out sick today. I saw him playing Destiny earlier and was jealous, but understood -- out sick and nothing else to do might as welll sit on the couch and grind away on stuff.

I just looked again and he ran, and completed, the raid for the first time.

Maybe I should call in sick tomorrow? ;-)
 
Everyone over here talking about hitting rank 2 or 3 with the vanguard, and here I am like halfway in rank 7 not even bothering to do bounties anymore, lol.

Also just in case, we also discovered a little area where we cheesed the boss in the end. It was hilarious. XD
