It's time for me to complain.

3 weeks now doing the raid. No raid gear I've been stuck at 29 for a while now and the fact I cant go higher bc I dont get lucky drops in a once a week activity is frustrating.The RNG is fun for weapons and all that stuff but when you literally cant get max level bc of RNG that is kinda BS in my opinion. At least guarantee one piece of raid gear if you complete it.

I've been on 28 (to not waste shards) and finally got some raid gauntlets. Hopefully next Tuesday I get the rest.

So I decided to fire up Destiny because I figured I'd be able to get some marks.

Finally, FINALLY about to get my legendary scout rifle. Hopefully one that I like.

To get enough marks, I had to play one mission on Winter's Run where one guy quit early on, so me and this other dude continued onward. We died a few times each, but we only managed to be reset once, which was pretty good. The final fight was very tense – we lured the boss over to the left side of the map, away from the other enemies, and this made the encounter just doable.

(One guy joined as the encounter was coming to an end and got the best loot. Buuuungie!).

I am now an owner of this.

Gonna go for one more or two more strikes to etest it out.

Enjoy it! It's my favourite Scout Rifle so far. I dunno what to spend my marks on,
Used it non stop almost for the last 5 days but I got The Devil You Know from a blue engram last night and it was love as soon as I pulled the trigger.
Now I don't know what to spend my marks on.

Sun singer is best subclass. Practically endless grenades and amazing melee. Big learning curve though.

For me I enjoy the Nova bomb with this Voidwalker setup:

Lance: Nova Bomb travels farther and faster

Soulrip: Killing and enemy with Energy Drain reduces the cooldown of Nova Bomb

Angry Magic: Nova Bomb tracks enemies

Bloom: Enemies killed by any of your abilities explode

Note: Look for armour/weapons/upgrades that reduce your super cool down e.g. intellect.


It works for me but I have to unlock a ton of my sunsinger still.

Lucked my way into completing both the nightfall and the weekly heroic. Bagged a legendary arc HMG (Prestige IV) from the nightfall. Found, if not the cheese spot, then a pretty damn cheesy spot for the boss-- I didn't look or watch anything on the official cheering procedure so I don't know if I stumbled into the same one.

Ugh both the nightfall and weekly boss were giving us problems at level 28. Really easy until then but the mobs become uncontrollable after the 1/2 point in the fight. Is there a rage timer if you don't kill him fast enough? It was me and two 27's so we didn't have the best DPS.

There is no rage timer for any of the bosses in the game expect for the raid bosses. Just controller the mobs. And hide in that spot on the right dife near the boss.

Yeah I used it sometimes in over but since I got the Suros it's like a billion times better.

Except in PVE. 56 round mag = less wasted bullets on regen'd shields

Sunsingers are GREAT to have on your raid squad. Never have to do shit for them... They can just wreck as disrespect folks and res on their own if they get caught up. Always bring one or two along with your crew.

Yea. You get more experience for a bounty than a mission on hard mode actually. I noticed that today.

I would rather clear last weeklys heroic and nightfall anytime than the current ones, took me 50min each to beat the cabals (died a couple of times the first try of heroic tho)
