You see I was hyped for Freedom Wars, and still am! But the negative impressions from the import thread have left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. Hopefully I am part of the group of folks that enjoy the game.

Hey, so I looked into it and couldn't find anything. Google has traces of a 'Long Mix BGM' but all those links lead to nowhere. If you could link me directly to the Mix that would be appreciated but I suspect it got taken down at some point. As far as I can tell, there's currently no way new customers can download them.

For every negative impression I read, there was a positive one. People were expecting a game like God Eater and it turned out to be different. I'm excited.

It looks really cool, anime style TPS with a ton of customizable stuff, a story, and co-op/PvP elements along with the whole province vs province thing? I'm all in. Probably gonna get as sucked in as I am now with Destiny, gameplay wise.
 
Most of the issues come from playing solo, and I have 2 my other friends are also buying Freedom Wars, so I'm not worry about it.

I really hope Atlus would be less hard-headed about the dual voice issue. I'm still bitter at the Ultimax one.

So the Destiny problem uh... Damnit lol.

Well I understand the whole issue behind it but yes, I could see it being an issue for some people. I tend to play in English when given the option, so it doesn't bother me too much, and the voice talent is always pretty good. Still, giving us the option to choose would be nice.

Been collecting PS4 games for a while now. When I get one sometime I will have a good amount of nice games to play.

I wonder how players from different provinces playing co-op together works, anyone able to clarify it? Each member brings a benefit to his own province?

That aside, I'm in. We could have a hidden doc in the OT so we could setup parties and stuff. I believe the game has matchmaking at least unlike some of Destiny's features...

Bandai Namco already say they are moving to dual voice option. Square Enix also give us choices. Currently only Atlus still stick with their limited choice and to tell the truth, whenever I brought the issue on Atlus forum, I tend to get shot down by the member, not the mods or anyone along the line.

I think that's why they feel like they are fine sticking with their own way. I should have done my research before purchasing, since I thought it will be just like their previous game.

Oh well, it's just another fighting game and I'm sure I'll spend most of my time playing VS mode, so it doesn't matter much if I skip story mode altogether. Reading summary is enough I guess.

Sorry for the rant, but I really need to let the steam off.

Now they have calendar and stuff, we could set up play session if you want. Problem is I'm from Asia, and my country's internet is suckass so it could lead to some horrible lagging. That's why I tend to play single or local co-op most of the time.
 
Too bad we won't get that Dangan Ronpa theme for a while (if ever) since it's about Another Episode. A DR theme is all that I want, really.

Which one? The one from last topic I deleted cause of freaking trolls and I made the form one where you can only input once and it outputs to a sheet that can't be edited.

Than we have some random joe with a list.

Don't use the one with the form and can't edit list...that was to counter freakin trolls and people putting stuff like GMT scrubs, older than your mom etc etc.

But I think we are back to just allowing comment (not edit) and put w/e you want.

it's annoying because that's the only topic of discussion of this thread. it shouldn't even be called PSN thread if the only discussion is about random vita games and not the other games that come out on the store.

but whatever, i don't care enough to get in an argument over this, i'm just saying is that it was better the way it was before, vita gaf in a thread, and the dedicated ps store updates threads every week.

While I love my Vita, considering the outpourings of hatred and port begging in more general threads I'd have expected at least some PS3/PS4 owners without one

Hm, people talk about PS4 plenty, I don't see a 'solution' though, unless Vita gets its own thread again. People will talk about what they want to talk about. I have almost as many Vita games to look forward to as I do PS4.

It's understandable, no one wanted the merging of PSN & VitaGAF thread, it certainly didn't improve anything for anyone

I definitely think there could be more discussion of smaller PS3/PS4 titles, though I'll gladly let the talk of the Driveclubs and Destinies go to their respective OTs instead

I don't think anyone from VitaGAF would disagree. I try to switch it up by talking about other PSN games (why is no one talking about Chariot!?) because I know not everyone is here for the Vita discussion.

I want one. And I made a friend in the states actually look at it and he says its awesome.

My debate when it comes to XMAS is whether to buy the box PCH-2000 set and not get my color choice

or

Get my color choice and have to buy a memory card.
