You're talking about the gatekeeper part?

I swear that whole thing is the hardest part of the game for me. It makes me think I'll have to be level 30 to not have to spam hits against minotaurs with the relic.

Yeah, it's brutal. My party from yesterday came close a few times but at a certain point it became a bit mentally draining since it was pretty late at night.

Going to give it another go though

jump slam behind the minotaurs repeatedly. They have a harder time hitting you.

That's what's up. Last night, we got all the way to where you are defending the conflux with both relics, but we died.
 
Hopping on the XB1 version if anyone wants to play. I'm down for the Nightfall, some Skirmish, or whatever else.

Bro Ive been trying to get a group together to get this crap done and everytime something happens. ill be around about 6:30 or 7 eastern time if youre still looking. Lvl 27 almost 28 sunsinger warlock with arc and void snipers ready to go as well as a Swarm with solar. Im geared up and ready, just need a fireteam..

If you have high enough levelled players, class on normal mode doesn't really matter, you'll steamroll it, but on hard mode, with no respawns, specific subclasses will make it a hell of a lot easier to get through. My group was struggling to get past hard mode for the longest time, until they decided to effectively put in place a Hunter ban and made the requirement to join our hard mode group to be either a Sunsinger or Defender Titan. I'm not a big fan of banning classes, but I will admit that the restriction has given us great success in hard mode.

I'm not in any regular heroic raid groups yet, but if you guys want a sunbro, I'd like to join if possible in the future.

Preventing crazy amounts of hunters in hard mode is always a good idea.

I can't as my boyfriend is playing right now, which sucks.

Also I have to do my first Raid with Carl. So he has to get to level 27 first....

Could take years.

It's pretty tough. Everything has shields. You'll need arc and solar weapons, and a full fire team. No restricted spawning, if I recall correctly, so it is soloable, but kinda tedious.
 
I just noticed that the number of kills (16,751) that show on my Guardian summary screen are way less than the combined totals of kills (Earth - 14,800, Moon - 6,039, Venus - 4,806, Mars - 2,523 = 28,168) that the Grimoire says I have for each location. I considered alts, but neither of my alts has even 1,000 kills. Has anybody else noticed this?

Hmmmmm...
