Knucklehead keeps your radar up while aiming your primary
Can't remember what Third Man does though
Wow so defensive over your precious loot cave.
I didn't ruin anyone's enjoyment of the game. I can sit where I want.
I happened to be on a patrol mission to kill Hive. He wasn't preventing the Hive from spawning. So I decided to troll him back, and prevent the Fallen from spawning.
It was harmless fun, you guys take this stuff way too seriously.
Knucklehead is always on radar if ADSing with primary.
Mask of the Third Man is what I rock, and it decreases super drain on combos during arc blade. It's good for PVP. Not so much for PVE.

Yea, even in PVP, I've only see the Regime a handful of times. We are in the elite group of Destiny players. Hell, I think anyone who reaches lvl 27+ after 3 weeks is in the higher tier group of players.
+points for victory red
Have you compared it to the Crucible Quartermaster's "Lord High Fixer"?
I can't decide between the two, so I ended up not buying either, haha. They both seem amazing.
I think people here on GAF forget abou that a lot of the time.
Have you guys seen the % of levels for players in the game? We are in a very very small minority that is waaaaay in front of the big majority of players.
Yeah, a good illustration of this is just how rare it is to actually see another player in the tower with their head on fire from the nightfall buff.

Anyone on at the moment? Lvl 26 here wanting to do some strikes.
You just have to look at the percentage of people who have the achievement for completing the Raid to realise this.
Ah, how many shards does Crucible Armor give out? I might do that.
And every Titan is going to be rocking the Saint helm. Sigh.
All legendary armor give out 2, maybe, 3.

I got an Hex Caster Arc from a blue engram. It's a legendary AR but I've never heard of it or seen it before. Anybody have it and is it good? I already have Shadow Price and Suros.
Have all of the raid armor except for one maxed out and have over 21 ascendant shards. Only need the Prime Zealot Cuirass to reach 30. Every raid I do without getting it is going to be a pain.
This is also true. It's just now getting higher than 0.1% which was when I got it.
Granted, a few days later it was 0.2%
That chest is only really good for PVP, and only if you die often. The respawn with grenade energy is its main buff, with extended range not doing much since IIRC it doesn't link to more targets, it just widens the scanning cone. If you have good aim, it's worthless, and I have noticed no benefit in PVE aside from bonus heavy ammo.any hunters notice much of an improvement with the arc grenade and lucky raspberry? its supposed to extend the range, but it seems basically the same to me (pve). is this viable and good in pvp?
To Red Death, or Not to Red Death. That is the question... I already have Bad Seed Down, so I might hold off till next week.
Being able to only equip two exotic items means that even if they were all sold by Xur you'd still see a good variety in game being used.
And bear in mind the number of people who are able to buy the weapon every week will be small. We're the minority in places like this.
Even the Suros will still be rare when you consider the overall player base.

I only need the chestpiece as well, then I'll be at max level. I can already taste it.
well, still. I personally haven't beaten it but I have done quite a few attempts on the final boss. so the moment I beat it, I am in the 0.2% of Destiny players on PS4. That's like, actually pretty crazy when you think about it.
When does Xur come out of his shell today?
Edit: Where is the cheeky bastard and what does he have for sale
I'll try to post this every few pages.
XUR IS HERE

What he's selling:
- Helmet Engram (Could be for any class) - 23 Motes of Light
- Red Death (Exotic Pulse Rifle) - 23 Strange Coins
- Sunbreakers (Gauntlets - For Warlocks) - 13 Strange Coins
- Achlyophage Symbiote (Helmet - For Hunter) - 13 Strange Coins
- Helm Of Saint-14 (Helmet - For Titan) - 13 Strange Coins
He will be there until very early Sunday morning.
The only guaranteed way to get strange coins is to play the Weekly Heroic strikes. Knock out the level 28 and get all 9 coins in one shot.
Other than that, if you need a few coins... they may come from Blue Engrams.
It's helpful since if you self-rez, you can hold square immediately and grab the relic.
And every Titan is going to be rocking the Saint helm. Sigh.
Helium Filaments. How did you pros get this stuff?
Purple armour needs lots and lots of helium filaments. I patrolled the moon to get 16 filaments and upgrade one piece but the effort levelled up another bit of armour and now I need 16 more. I'm hoping there's a better way to do this!
Anyone know a good site that lists the weeklies, nightfalls, and dailies with their difficulty modifiers?

P.S. Game's been out nearly a month now and I'm still playing it hours a day. And I haven't even seen the inside of the raid yet. I think this one's a keeper.
I never thought about this. This is something to think about. Huh.
Considering I get the buff every Tuesday, this is quite humbling.
Not like it's going to change the whole DON'T GO IN MY BUBBLE OF DOOM.
Only difference is don't go in one even if a Titan isn't camping inside.
