Yo, I'd be down to pair up outside of the raid plan this weekend to roll through XP on an alt. I think I want to create a Titan. Seems best suited for the higher-level stuff. I am going to buy the exotic Titan helm from Xur today so it'll be waiting for me when I hit 20.
Also, what time are we doing the raid tonight and who else is in it besides "The Three Inebriated Musketeers?"
The Praxic I got also allows you to carry extra heavy weapon ammo. Do they all have that? Seems pretty useful.
Buy Sunbreakers and keep both to create different builds around. Your legendary chest is a necessary component of pulling this off. You're in great shape.
I have Heart of the Praxic Fire for my baby warlock two but I'm not sure if I want Sunbreakers yet. I'll pass this week at least because I don't even know how the first build is going to shape up yet.
Been cutting my teeth in the Crucible to level my warlock so far. I will say it is rather funny running around with a 3-round shotgun and no double jump (switched to level Sunbro first) in matches with 28s. Lots of deaths, but lots of XP. Whenever I got a kill on someone that used a SUROS it was so satisfying though.
No. Run the tiger strike playlist and you'll get doused with blue engrams. Decent chance at getting a strange coin out of one of them.

Yeah, I think everything does save instantly. You can see some delay when you're in a laggy situation when you, for example, disenchant an item (it can take a few seconds before you see the items you got from it), so I'm pretty sure anything that modifies your gear in any way goes through the server first. It's possible there are some exceptions, but I haven't run into any ever.

well it was bound to happen. I already had Saint14, now I have 32 strange coins to burn.

With the Sunbreakers repeats I am assuming you'll get your wish very soon. They're excellent for survivability in PvP and since you can one-shot melee so many enemies in PvE it's great for keep your barrier up. Plus they look awesome.
Yup! I have the Invective as well. I am ranking up Dead Orbit now but I could buy Strength & Discipline armor from the Vanguard and Crucible handlers too. I'll orobshly grab different pieces from each depending upon their perks.
Hopefully I can have this ready for the Iron Banner.

Do we know how much light each upgrade adds to your level? Is there a set quantity for Legendary and Exotic.
Im trying to count my future upgrades to see if my current set up is enough to take me to 29.
Crazy talk, my female Titan looks badass. The Raid gear looks especially good on her. The male Titans all look so massive.
I'n not a fan of the PvP at all but with a Sunbro it is cool to burn people and watch the health bar slowly decrease. Tons of post-mordem kills. And the re-gen super is awesome if timed right.
I found another cheese spot on this week's nightfall. It requires some jumping skillz.
You jump on top of and stand on one of the light fixtures and shoot through a small hole / from over the slat. I waited until the boss walked to the other side before using my rockets because I wasn't sure I'd blow myself up or not. I made it on a titan, not sure about the other classes jumping.

But if your in the tower for instance, does Destiny save every time you do anything (like decrypt an engram or buy something from someone, or break down some equipment in your inventory)? Thanks!

My second character is about to be a 20 Gunslinger Hunter and I'm tempted for this Helmet. Knucklehead Radar doesn't appeal to me as much as this one.
I'm tempted to buy it.
Or do you vastly recommend another exotic armor piece that I should hold out for??

So sick, I love this helm. Lost a little light, so I need to level it up a bit along with my gauntlets. Switched out the No Backup Plans exotic for the helm.

Which Dead Orbit gauntlets did you get? I got the spiky shoulders.
I don't know your situation, but unless you want to be spending mats on normal legendaries to get to 29, you'll be kinda gimped when you get pieces that will get you to 30 if you're without the materials which you already spent on getting to 29 in the first place.

How come if I am flying somewhere and I go to check my inventory and I break down stuff it doesn't show me getting any rewards (that I would have gotten if I broke down the same stuff while not flying)? Do you still get the rewards while flying (and it just doesn't show them to you for some reason)? Or do you miss out on the rewards? Thanks!

I have both for the bonuses. Using the smooth ones atm for quick HC reload. They both look awesome.
You get your rewards. Also, the solution is to check your inventory to see the difference in numbers.

I'll be playing it by ear. I've yet to step foot in a Raid but honestly my luck ratio with RNG in this game has been absolutely terrible. Not holding my breath for Raid gear anytime soon so I'm doing some forward thinking.
Also, ass shards seem to be pooping out of every purple engram for me now :/
