I'm forgoing a build with the symbiote to get the helm for my titan one day. the other exotic I want for my hunter is ahamkara's spine, the gauntlets, to have a badass pocket infinity gunslinger build.

Looks like you can see it at 24, but can't enter until 25.

Probably the better choice definitely if you're eyeing a titan, but yea so many good hunter builds to be had. Exotics have such a "must get them all" feeling. I love being in the face hugger family finally though.

I see a lot of complaints about drops for other classes, but that's just bungie encouraging you to try all classes. Some people just break them down, but I collect legendary and exotics for other classes. When my hunter hit lvl20, I already had all legendary or exotic armor except the legs.

Today, I bought a helm engram that turned into Innermost Light, so I decided to also buy Saint-14. Now I have two awesome helms for the two Titan subclasses. I'm going to have gauntlets or legs by the time I get that guy up to lvl20.

If you're not trying other classes, you're missing out. I'm going to max all 6 subs by the time I'm done. Each subclass has some cool stuff that has to be experienced first-hand. PEACE.

Hawkian, thanks for helping me out! First Nightfall was pretty sweet. I didn't know about the experience boost! Seems like its the first thing to do each Tuesday. I got a Legendary Scout Rifle. After my random Crucible MIDAS drop earlier and a Cryptic Dragon the day before, Destiny seems to be suggesting I main Scouts now haha, that's 3 in 2 days.

One thought after this experience: I love me some shotgun madness in PvP, but they're so hard to use on endgame PvE. Since enemies are aggro as hell and have that karate kid melee modifier, getting up to shotgun range is very dangerous. Snipers are great for some situations, but I feel like Fusion Rifles are just the all out best option.

The only Special/Element I don't have is an Arc Fusion, and I feel it placed me at a disadvantage for this Nightfall. My Arc shotgun is a pretty sweet Legendary I got from the Raid (Final Verdict), and when I finally got into a position where I could use it I wrecked shit. It's just such a gamble that I think I would've gotten twice the kills had I carried a Fusion.

Maybe this is general knowledge by now but being my first Nightfall it's something I'll bear in mind for the future.

Noooooo. First double exotic. I clear nightfall with my alt for the first time and my reward was praxic fire chest, which was my first exotic as a warlock.

I hope they add trading or some sort of exchange. This will start becoming very common until the new content.

I tried earlier in the week when my titan was 24 and couldnt do it. Im pretty sure i had to be 25 to do it.

How long did it take you. I may never bother with an exotic bounty when I can probay eventually just buy the damn thing. 500 void kills is asking me to commit too much time to what I perceive is the worst pvp ive played in awhile

You get a buff to xp and rep gain, think it's what...20% or something? Until the next reset. First thing I do on my characters on Tuesdays.

When you finish the nightfall, you will receive more XP from kills and such. It's what it is called, a boost to the gaining of XP.

Took me less than 7 matches.

I ended the first match with 134 points... each kill is +5 points, assists give you points too and death -2 points.

I got a good team in the three first match of 3v3 where we humiliated the opponent like 20+ kills, 2-3 deaths and a lot of assists.

Nah, that happened to me before the patch. It's really rare, but it can happen if you're lucky. I once got a legendary engram out of one also. Grats!

in the end it came down to camping a lot and quitting games early if you can see you are on a bad team...

Anyway, I have the last part, can this be solo'd as it seems like on here you guys are almost all PS4 not Xone..

I watch a youtube video where you can cheese it but it looked a bit fake as he cut loads out claiming it was because it was boring..

I dusted off 77 wizard to take in to the rumble. first match didn't go so well, was up 10, next one I turned it around and used the same strategy as when I was testing pocket infinity. never activated my super a single time.

ahhh this'll be fun.

edit: second place guy was a SUROS regime stalwart. get wrecked
