When doing the strike playlists, is there a noticeable difference in quality of gear between different levels (tiger vs everything else)? I've been mostly playing Crucible for the related marks but am looking to switch to vanguard to mix things up more while I continue building rep for New Monarchy Lv 3. I'm trying to figure out if playing the tiger strikes will give a better chance of higher-quality gear than Crucible - I'm Lv. 25 now.

Mix it up, always do the Patrol missions, the assassination or kill enemies or kill enemies, collect item
Keep killing enemies if no one else farming, you get drops like crazy from them
Have 1-2 Vanguard or Queens bounty that ask for kills or patrols in a certain planet
Farming isn't just running a circle collecting or popping chest, always maximize all facets the game as you to grind

Agree with Grave. Most of the fails came from glitches.
Guess what? It still glitches when you win. The Mission End countdown stays at zero and the only way to exit is to return to Orbit. You still get your stuff but it's funny that none of this has been patched.

Completed a Vanguard Strike today with SolidChamp and a random, and the freakin' random got Hawkmoon at the end. Meanwhle, I still have no Legendary weapons. I may be starting to get sick of this shit.

This whole mote of light and strange coin system is seriously stupid. I only needed 4 coins to get the Red Death this weekend and still had the nightfall to finish. Finally completed the Nightfall yesterday and got Acendent Energy! What the FUCK! So i spent 4 hours playing crucible and looking for public events and loot chests during patrol. Found 1 mote of light and more Ascendent energy from the gold rating on public events.
Im giving up. Every time theres something I want the game decides I cant have it and wont give me anymore currency to spend. Their is always next week right lol! Im sure he wont have The Red Death again which is seriously the only weapon I wanted that bad.

Was getting around 1.5 KD/R using shit like Pulse Rifles and Scout Rifles. Actually started to mess around with Auto Rifles, because I was sick and tired of their bullshit. Suddenly I am getting 2.5/3 KD/Rs in matches.

Don't the weapons cost 23 Strange Coins? I thought only the engram costed motes.
Also Nightfall rewards are random. You get 9 coins for the weekly strike on level 28.

yup! did everything I could lol. Even did the Raid once and didnt finish it. Did the raid again and finished and got a new speeeder lol. So i tried to finish the raid again to get better drops for the 2nd go this week and didnt get a single drop.
I have to farm glimmer and mats to upgrade stuff. Just below 28 now.
