And in every thread about any manga, you and other one piece fans shit on different manga, just because you want to praise one piece but you can´t do without shitting on other manga. Not only that you mock anyone who likes anything different. It´s pretty annoying. And it´s funny how you don´t see the behavior of one piece fans in these kind of threads, like calling people names, but hey you have tinted glasses and you see what you want to see.

I am not mad about their opinions. They can like whatever they want. But they continue shitting on other manga in every shonen threads, because it ´s impossible for them to praise something without shitting on another manga, which is very sad. And why are you singling me out, are you reading this thread?

I doubt it, yeah Gantz true ending was bs, and I hardly doubt kishi will be able to pull off something good at this point, it can be something ok, like stuff the fans want to see, mostly pairing and that shit, but anything else will be meh

hopefully sasuke and naruto will end up kissing again

I really doubt this. One Piece has been going on so long, what makes you think it'll start messing up now? There hasn't been a huge decline in quality in One Piece that we've seen from Bleach and Naruto and it's been published the longest.

We already know what the climax to One piece is, it's the whole point of
WB Speech (which marked the mid point of the story), The lost century will be revealed as well as the secret of the Will of D (and how the current world government got into power). Once found it will spark a world wide rebellion against the world government. One piece is the starting point to all this that was orchestrated by Roger and intensified by Whitebeard stating the definitive proof that it exists (since it was uncertain prior).

Luffy gives all of two shits about any of this but he'll almost certainly be the center as the son of the leader of the Revolutionary's and the likely person to find One piece. At this point it's basically adventuring and preparation (the ability to fight at that level). Luffy has a bone to pick with Akainu for killing his brother and has already declared war against the world government and helped ransack all three of the Marines primary strategic positions. It's what the story is building towards before he disappears and has does pretty much whatever the hell he wants, which is his reasons for all this to begin with.
 
wait, i just had a thought. the
final battle between naruto and sasuke being so short, could actually be brilliant. There's a chance kishi will actually do what is right and have naruto completely curbstomp the sauce in no time :P

Gonna be weird to see this end. Even if I never really liked it as much since Part 1 ended, this series has been part of my life for nearly half of it. Crazy to consider everything that's happened in my life in that period.
 
I feel like Naruto would have been a lot better if they stuck to the original, simple plot when they were all kids and Naruto was a bumping idiot who wanted to be hokage but eventually grew up, had some horrible tragedy, learned some moral lesson about what true leadership is, and then had some final boss battle (That only lasted one episode instead of 20)and after that was appointed to be hokage. No hundreds of episodes of filler or multiple story arcs that made the whole thing feel convoluted. I guess there could also be a few episodes were sauske went missing as a short arc for his character development, but hundreds? Ugh. Any story driven anime that goes over 70 episodes is just way too long.

That's because the bleach manga is shit and has such little content per chapter that the anime had to go long periods of time without any canon episodes. One piece typically has a lot going per chapter (one could even argue too much) so it far easier to adapt without going into filler every other episode. For a period of time they stretch it so much that is a manga chapter per episode (no idea if they currently do that).

Similar with Naruto. A typical bleach chapter can and often does involve a character laughing off an attack doing an attack and the reaction shots, sometimes just the attack. It's a miracle the anime last as long as it did and Bleach's popularity in general has dropped significantly.

Yup, you're right about that. OP and Naruto sometimes get a bit messy with all the panels and big dialogue boxes, but at least things tend to move a lot quickly.
 
Any plans for Kishimoto after Naruto or he's taking a break for now?

My wife is keeping up with the manga and she's a little disappointed by it. I haven't read the last 100 chapters or so, just waiting for it to be finished to read it in one swoop.
 
I've been trying to get caught up through the anime (I'm in the middle of the whole Madara/Setting up of the great Ninja war arc) but it has become a slog. Having to fast forward through a ridiculous amount of retread flashbacks and trying to figure out what's filler or not has become exhausting.
