That one quote tho by Bolin was so tear enducing. PJ Byrne was excellent.

"My dearest, Avatar Korra. Though several fortnights have passed since your departure, to convalesce in the homeland of your tribesmen, I feel our friendship knows neither time nor distance..."

Its up on Nick

Episode was really good and pretty well paced too. A lot of the stuff in the Book 4 trailer is covered in this one.

Makes me wonder how many surprises they still have left to show. Oh, and yes while
Toph showing up, saying THAT line and even wearing her old clothes
is pandering, I couldn't care less really.

A good ep is a good ep.

If you are expecting Zuko Alone 2, it's not.
Too emotional right now but this could be top5 avatar episode.

I'm so excited about watching it again, this time with better audio and a larger screen (internet is shitty here so large screen on low quality stream isn't very pretty).

Re-watched. So good. One of the best episodes in the series, I think.

I don't think many kid shows deal with physical therapy like that.

The score is so good for this episode.
Especially during the scene where Korra walks again and the scene where Korra leaves Republic City and cuts her hair.

Where's my soundtrack Nick.

One of the best episodes in the series, holy shit was this ever needed.

TOPH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
OST during the Korra rehabilitation...mmmmm
Is the Korra spirit Raava? Someone obviously guiding her.
Korrasami confirmed?!?!?

Haha! Here I was thinking the exact same thing! What a great scene overall.

I'm pretty sure the music where she practices fighting again is from Book 1's soundtrack as well.

You ain't kidding. It got to the 18:00 mark for me and jumped to the credits. Couldn't even fix it, just had to wait until it decided to play ball like 15 minutes later.

Awful player, awful site.

The framerate in the video player Sucks... I had to switch to a different site to watch. Thanks Itunes!

TOPH IS ALIVE.. YEAAAAAAAAH... Is anyone else getting star wars vibes? Swamp and all?

Legend of Korra Book 4, Episode 2:

Yea, people are going to be paralleling Korra Alone here with the superb The Last Airbender episode Zuko Alone, and with good reason. Is it the second coming of that episode, yes, both are episodes about outsiders who have lost their place in the world and the struggles to find themselves in the new situation. Of course, the devil is the details, so Korra Alone is going to play out much differently as her circumstances rightfully differ wildly from Zuko. Is the episode as good as Zuko Alone? Hard to say at this point since we lack the full context at this point in time, but dear god this was an episode Korra has needed for 3 seasons.
I do like at the end of the day it is her long standing personality flaws that are preventing her from re-becoming the Avatar. Her lack of patience has always been a key downfall of Korra and now she is paying the price for it. Also, yea, can we just call Korra and Asami a couple now? I guess they are never going to come out and say it because children's programming is still that stupid. On the other hand, I do like the fact, that in the all likelihood that they have hooked up, not to big of a deal is being made about the gender connection. Also, I knew this was leading to Toph but still it is damn good to see her again
I really do hope Korra keeps up this level of quality.

Yeah its a problem the Nick site's had for years where they show episodes at the wrong framerate so you get some pretty noticeable ghosting.

The only major clips from the trailer yet to be seen is the fight on the train and those robots. We'll probably get those in episode 3. Makes me wonder what the rest of the season has in store for us.

The spirits in this episode are so adorable.

Book Four, Chapter Two Spoilers:
Poor Sokka maybe we'll get at least one flashback of him now that Toph is back.

Love seeing a less serious picture of older Aang.
