Pokémon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire Demo | Code Share | Bring on the Trumpets!

So, even tho i'm European, can i still get a code from the newsletter?

No which is really dumb. NA's method is actually better because it isn't based on getting it from random places or stores that may or may not give you a code if you pre-order. You just get from the newsletter.

Damn that Mega Swamper

Btw, about rewards for the full game;

The Glalie you catch can be sent over when you have the game. Including Mega Stone ofc

Is there any reason why PokéBeach is saying "U.S. fans with a Pokemon Trainer Club account on Pokemon.com will be able to get the demo for the games starting tomorrow, October 15th!"?

Are they just talking out of their asses?

No, that's how Americans get the demo

Do I just check this to get the demo?

I would like to receive marketing email messages, including information about future online games, from The Pokémon Company International.

Any spare CoroCoro codes floating around? If so, please PM me

Same here. If anyone living in Japan has a spare code (or is willing to buy a copy/spare of CoroCoro to give me the code) I'll reimburse with a 500 yen eShop code (might be able to swing a 2nd one too, if necessary).

So how do I get a code from Amazon?

If you have purchased Pokémon X or Pokémon Y via Amazon.co.uk, Smyths Toys, ShotTo.net or the Nintendo UK Official Store you may receive an email with your code.

you have already pre ordered Pokémon Omega Ruby & Pokémon Alpha Sapphire via Amazon.co.uk, *********** or the Nintendo UK Official Store you may receive an email with your code.

lol

So today's the day for Australia! I hope they don't limit sending codes to people who registered X/Y to Club Nintendo (For whatever reason I never did that and can't find my code) :( I have a feeling they will though.

Just made a trainer club account today, lol. I guess I had already made one since my default email was already being used but I totally forgot my account info :x

Hopefully they send codes out for us tomorrow!

Ah thanks.

Anyway, for the curious folks, demo summary:

- Begins in Mossdeep City; Steven will act as your portal to adventure
- First fight starts there, you get to choose an almost lvl 36 Combusken, Grovyle or Marshstomp
- Will head towards an Island where you fight against Team Aqua and Magma members
- You'll fight against Team Aqua and Magma admins with Steven, before this fight you receive a mega evo stone
- After the fight you'll fight and fight Glalie, with a mega evo stone. If you buy the full game, you can send this Glalie over to it. It's at lvl 40 btw.
- If you complete the demo after the first time, you get Glalie, Swampert, Sceptile and Blaziken in your team. All with mega evo Stones.
- Second time you start up the demo you fight three trainers in a grassy area.
- Third time you can meet more folks on Mossdeep
- Afterwards you travel to an Island with two trainers. You need to find a Whismur to end the demo.
- You also receive a Pokeball set, which can be sent over to the full game
- Fourth time you visit the same Island as before, but now you need to find a Poochyena
- Fifth time you have to fight an expert. Also, you can send Heal Balls to your full game.
- seventh time, a wild Flannery appears. But she's being interviewed by a tv crew.
- demo playthrough nine: you get a set of heartscales for the full game

Ah thanks.

Anyway, for the curious folks, demo summary:
Things to note are:
- after second time you have the 3 starters at level 36 (even if you got yours to a higher level) and the Glalie at level 40. All with mega stones
- it appears the adventures after the first are randomized and/or happen in a random order.
- rewards stop at the 10th adventure?
- Steelix is Japan only?

Ah thanks.

Reading this makes me feel a bit better, even if I don't end up getting a code at least I'm not missing out on too much.

I'm more interested in learning the new Base State totals for Mega Starters and Glalie.

Serebii do your magic.

:O! I got an Australian code just now too!

Edit: Downloading now. Wasn't expecting to get a code so I'm pleasantly surprised.

Is it random? I use CN more than anyone else and I'm the only one who got a Smash code as well.
I would assume so. I almost never use CN. Never redeemed any points from it and I hadn't bought a 3DS game in about a year until Fantasy Life & Smash Bros.

Edit: Is it just me or is the framerate when battling in 3D not completely terrible now?
