It's hell for me as well. I have work on Friday and because of a schedule change I can't leave until 5pm instead of my usual 2:30 and even then I would still wind up going to the gym, but I switched that around at least. It's usually a pain waiting to come home on Friday to get my Korra fix.

He's dead, but he was alive at least as late as the Red Lotus's attempt to grab Babby Korra, as he was one of the people who saved her IIRC.

Actually I suppose it's possible he was killed by Zaheer and co. They were pretty powerful. I like to think that the scar on Zaheer's eyebrow was caused by Boomeraang.
