I bought the Prince of Persia Trilogy since it's on sale. How did Sands of Time (all I've tried so far) get released like this? It crashed when I started the game three times and crashed when I quit to the menu once...

Hey, all. I have trip coming up soon, and I'm considering picking up Frozen Synapse for the Vita. I read some positive stuff, but little hype has pushed this title off to the side. Any thoughts out there? Always appreciate the opinion of VitaGaf.
Fixed. Also, I already beaten PDF on a Japanese cart, but never plat'd. How hard is it to platinum the game in english?

Probably the Shing/Kor thing, attack moves not matching up, and the script not totally matching the dialog (which the dub covered up in previous Tales so people didn't notice). Seemed to spread mostly because the DS game fan translators got worked up about it.
Hey Vitabros, I recently replaced my 32gb card with a 64gb - as I was moving state and would be without the internet for a while, so the more games the merrier. Unfortunately just 2 days ago I'm being plagued with a C1-2741-4 error when starting up games, or a short while into them. Spelunky doesn't make it past the splash screen.
Is my Vita dying, or is it the card? I've seen suggestions online to basically wipe everything and start again, but that's not an option yet. Vita has been restarted.
The original 32gb is in a moving box somewhere, so this is hard to test

I haven't played it personally, but the reviews indicate it's a solid game. I think Double Eleven should have put out a demo. Asking $20 for a downloadable game no one has really heard of is a hard sell, even if the game is quality.

Frozen Synapse is great on PC, a fantastic and fresh take on the genre.

Thanks. I didn't even think of checking on my PS3. I was just focused on my PS4.
Worst hunting game on the Vita by far, not even worth downloading for free.
It's awful, but it's still mindless fun. Since I was a Ragnarok teen, it brings me lots of memories, too.

Yeah, exactly why I was asking. Always good to see positive reviews, but I value the opinion of folks on this thread. I just don't know anyone who has actually played the game yet. I might take one for the team and check it out.

Since getting the Vita TV I've noticed launching apps on the other Vita will bring up a sign-in if I most recently played on the TV and vice versa. Am I locked out of games if this happens? Do I have to manage this carefully if I plan to use my Vita portably? I just started up my Vita while playing on the Vita TV and...neither has given me a prompt yet and both are online. What exactly is the deal here?

There were some very positive impressions in this thread so I think it's a safe purchase. Frozen Synapse was great on the PC so they'd have to try really hard to futz up the core gameplay. Guessing the busy release schedule and the relatively steep price are putting some people off for now. For me, it's the former reason and the new artstyle which I find disappointing. I'll still get it down the line, though.

Well the Neptunia series is hot garbage while the Miku games are pretty good so it should be an easy choice.

At that price it's a great into to Neptunia games. Solid length and quality for the $7.50, easily, just know what you're going into, it's not, nor is it trying to be, Final FAntasy or anything.. Won't get the Vita versions for that cheap for quite some time. Can't speak to Miku.

If there's one thing I dislike about the Vita it's the media management. The PSP's was infinitely easier. Connect to PC, open, move.

I tried to rebuild database from here (which went super quick) and now most of my bubbles are just gone - though games are still listed as installed in the manage content section.
I think my 64gb is cursed.
Edit: rebuilt the database 2 more times after I noticed more games come back each time, looks like everything is back and Spelunky is working. I gotta go, so can't test any further yet but things look a little rosier.

I get that for physical...can't get too excited about having multiple digital versions of a game though. Only if one is significantly superior or on a much preferable platform and cheap enough (pretty darn cheap).
guess I'll probably pass on both.
would get them when the sequel/next game is for PS4/Vita

There already is a Neptunia game announced for PS4 (a sequel? to Victory, not that sequel status has mattered much in the series thus far)
so i guess most people are happy with borderlands vita?
i've been watching friends play presequel and im really tempted to get it, especially since ppl are selling codes for like $15-$20 b/c of the bundle. i think i own it for ps3 but only played for a few hrs.
but o man, hatsune miku and borderlands both on my vita, gg downloading anything else.
think i'll be addicted to miku for a while -- it's just so fun. she looks so low res sometimes though.

get a 64GB, it'll be worth it
and Borderlands Vita is pretty good - just don't expect PC level of performance/graphics - moderate your expectations - you'll be in for a ride

It really is, beautiful device, yet unashamed to be a game console. Though I despise the edge of the screen in the 2000. The single piece of plastic face of the 1000 is fantastic. Don't like any bumps on the face of a touch device.
i've always been cheap when it comes to storage. i'll much rather just pay for new content then spending money just to have easy access to them.
however, there's a bunch of games lately where you can play for months because they have some sort of grind to them that's enjoyable, so you don't really want to delete them b/c in a few weeks you may have an itch again.
i hate paying a bit more for convenience but i'm slowly coming around.

I'm not! I bought it because of all the GAF hype claiming that it's not as bad as the reviews said. But the reviews are right, I think it's totally unplayable.
Also I found that the Vita sticks are kinda worthless for first person shooters, not enough travel.
The sequel has improved graphics in the Vita version a LOT.
Yep! might as well since the updated version probably won't come over in physical.

Anyone else have a screen protector on their Vita and have just the tiniest little thing stuck under there that you can't even see unless you look at it at just the right angle and yet are still super annoyed by it?

Finished up GoW2 on Vita, and I'm pheening to play 3 again... god damn 2 is so good. I never gave that game enough love.
I kinda realize why all the normal people are so mad that AAA is dead on Vita now. Ok, you're right... new, exclusive GoW, MGS, GTA and all that other stuff for Vita would've been great.

Seeing that my only I-need-this-a-lot games in this 2 months to come are Shadow Warrior, GTA V and Far Cry 4, I'll just bite SW and GTA and then get the Bad_Blood DLC with the $15 I'll get from spending $100. FC4 I'll buythw boxed version.
