My "predictions" (more so a list of possibilities):

Don't yell at me if it over-hypes you / nothing comes true. Again, it's just possibilities.

Based on creators shown in promotional video

  • Deep Down and/or Ono's second PlayStation 4 project (Street Fighter?) (Yoshinori Ono, Capcom)
  • Final Fantasy XV, Type-0 HD, and/or Kingdom Hearts III (Shinji Hashimoto, Square Enix)
  • Let It Die (Goichi Suda, Grasshopper Manufacture)
  • N++ (Raigan Burns and Mare Sheppard, Metanet Software)
  • Tekken 7 and/or Summer Lesson (Katsuhiro Harada, Bandai Namco)

Other things that are happening (or likely) but how the hell would I know where and when they'll appear?

You'll notice there are Japanese projects included in these lists. Outside of major titles like Bloodborne, we generally don't see Japanese game reveals at western events. However, I've included them nonetheless as Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia recently opened its PlayStation 20th Anniversary website. This year's PlayStation Awards are planned for December 3, and a "special project" is being planned for the event. While generally games are not announced at this awards show, it's PlayStation's 20th anniversary year, so anything is possible. Also, the timing lines up well for any potential Japanese game reveals to carry over into the Las Vegas event, if localization is planned. That, and the promo video already shows a nice handful of Japanese creators will be attending this thing.

It's also worth noting that Scott Rohde said we'll be seeing "a bunch of stuff that maybe we shouldn’t show you yet." So things like Santa Monica's new project, Gran Turismo 7, or Horizon, if far off, aren't outside the realm of possibility. That said, I don't think you'll see any of the real surprises, if any, on this list at all.

Again, these are all just possibilities, so if there's anything you want me to toss in, feel free to let me know.

Pretty solid list man. I find it pretty nuts that 2015 is as stacked as it is yet there is still a mountain of other shit out there just waiting to be announced / could be announced.

Going to be a fun generation! Going to be a fun event. Wish I could go!

Unless Gran Turismo releases next year,I don't think we'll see any tease this year.

My opinion, anyway.

They did say that they're going to be showing stuff that they probably shouldn't. So it could fall under that. This will basically be acting as a 20th anniversary event for PS as well, so i'd say that it'd make sense to show off GT given that it's by far the most successful PS series. It's also one of only two Sony series from the original PS that's still running (the other being Hot Shots Golf).

Sony has a lot of cards to play, it seems...The more, the better!

Couldn't let slide this special request.

Luna wanna join the hype train, please please !

Haha, these guys sure know how to make a hype trailer.

Will there be a streamed event for this, like a press conference?

"Exciting Game Announcements" sound like smaller digital titles or some multiplat games.
Keep expectation in check.
