Just like I have 10+ colors and models of various consoles I have multiple keyboards. But it was my main one and wireless.

I threw my keyboard because of family issues. When you barely had any sleep for the weekend plus not eating anything for over 24 hours and then someone does something stupid, you have a good chance of snapping. I'm actually really calm and collected by nature.

At least the Smash folks got their thread title right...

Then again I am glad we didn't use a Mewtwo thread title... would've gotten confusing for folks.

I don't even understand how you spend 1000 dollars on SF4

Even if you bought both platforms, a stick for both and copies at full price with all the DLC I think you'd come up short
 
The only time I ever raged at a game was with the GCN version of twilight princess during the wagon chase. Doing it with GCN controller was BS. I legit went Sanford Kelly with the controller. Playing and doing it with the Wii controller was like 100 times easier.

He got mad at me and called me a troll because I told him Yun loses to Hawk. He also chucked his fight stick into the garbage when a pad player (might've been Wolfkrone, it's been too long) won a tournament.

It turns out that you probably did yourself a favor elbowing DK64 like that, that game can get bent.

The one time I remember getting really upset with a game was the one time I played Heroes of Newarth with some friends, having no idea how the game worked or what was going on. Everyone was trying to give me conflicting (and universally awful) advice, the team we were playing was talking a ton of shit from the jump and I managed to go 0-21 in about 20 minutes. Refused to play anything in the genre for years after that. That was more exasperating frustration than raw anger, though.

I remember him being pretty heavy in early SF4 threads, IIRC. I think he still posts in fighting game threads from time to time.

Yup. This was slightly before my time on GAF. I distinctly remember the pic of his stick in the trash because he took a picture of it LOL.

He was also using AE Yun at the time because it was an easy win, and he was talking about how much fun he was having. Then the Yun nerfs came in, and he lost his shit.

I know how you feel, though. I spent an all nighter yesterday finishing up a painting I've been doing for two weeks and then tripped and smeared coffee all over it because I was tired and not paying enough attention :3

So my mind kind of broke down a bit and I just started shuffling my MTG cards for like two hours.

I eat like once a day. Stress with a dumb journal paper I got submit and Master's dissertation/paper/starting PhD

I have already talked to him about it and many people have talked to him about it. I just didn't know he was also into fighting games so that's why it was brought up here. I saw his post in that SF4 thread saying he wasted 1000 hours and $1000 on it to which I questioned how is it possible unless he bought the whole SF4 arcade cabinet.
