If Spider-Man does come into the MCU, I'm willing to bet it'll be Miles Morales, and be completely separate from the Amazing Spider-Man films. Though I wouldn't be opposed to Andrew Garfield being Spider-man in the MCU, he's perfect for the role, it's too bad ASM2 sucked so much, but none of it was his fault.

I had the exact same thought, that they'd skip straight to Miles. But I don't think they will. They want the popularity of Peter in the MCU, plus when the actor eventually wants to move on, they can have the saga of passing the torch onto Miles

Not really. AoS plot details (spoilered for those who haven't watched the show up to current episodes)
Skye, her Father and Reina all have the ability to touch The Obelisk without it harming them, suggesting they are Alien in origin rather than humans with powers. Unless they're going with a completely different origin for Hyde than the comics, it's not likely that's who Skye's father is. They're more likely to either be Inhumans or Kree.

Everything but BP and CD are what I'm expecting, though I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't get any Captain America 3 details.

They just cast Doctor Strange in a process that has lasted for months of rumors and you think Carol and Black Panther somehow snuck by all the way into casting without the internet hearing anything about it? I mean, great if true, but that doesn't seem too plausible?

Unless they are going to announce Spiderwoman or Spider-man for TV. I wouldn't rule out Spider-man just because it was said that Sony bent over backwards to play nice with Marvel/Disney and Fox didn't and there are no rumors that Spider-man is getting cancelled / removed from Marvel Universe like Fantastic Four and Xmen are.
Ultimately I think they are going to announce a Dr Strange and a female super hero film. Maybe stand alone Black Widow, Ms Marvel, or Spider-Gwen.

Phase 3 full lineup including Black Panther, Captain Panther, Inhumans, Doctor Strange, Thor 3, GotG 2, and Cap 3 official titles and dates, Hulk movie announcement, Avengers 3 revealed NOT to be in 2018, Civil War movie announcement.
Spidey announcement to join MCU and announcement of gaining back Fox Fantastic Four characters.

That seems like a stretch and is similar to the stretches people were making in Season 1 to align her with Jessica Drew. In all likelihood, she's probably just a new character altogether.
I mean expectations are what they are but I doubt Sony is looking at a $700 million payday and thinking "God we gotta get rid of this anchor in our Film division."
The Reality Gem can be used as a plot device to justify anything.
Sony's problem is that they make nothing from merchandising. Given that and declining ticket sales, and things aren't as rosy as they should be.
I'm doubtful a deal has been made, but it's certainly possible.

Ehhhh, they definitely maneuvered everything around after seeing how it did. They had other plans that they scrapped.
Oh right, this too. They don't get merch off of it, which is a real buzzkill for them. That would've helped out significantly.
