Definitely is, but at least we are getting character development on a supporting character; as opposed to just being a baddie of the week with a paint by numbers take down.

Yeah, this episode was really bad, it feels like a really bad attempt at adding depth to felicity when people like Roy need it a lot more.

It's a really 'CW' episode, you know? Type of stuff they'd pitch in the Smallville era when they know the execs didn't want a "super-hero show".

Also Laurel's actor is still the miscast of the century.
