Fair enough, but it raises the point about what does matter? For example trying to equate a Topanga with a CEO win.
If Sako lived in the US, would he have picked up a handful of SCR wins? Probably.
Dividing by region is probably the only way to go and then I'd agree with Justin for the US, even though he hasn't always been pushed to deliver his best (Thanks team EG).

Run PM in the hotel rooms after hours or in the bathrooms or halls. You don't need the TOs space or equipment.
Some tournaments have a BYOC section. Maybe Apex can have one and people can run a PM side tournament.

It's weird, I almost felt sorry for Seth because when Poongko dominated that 2nd round he needed like 3 combos and 3 single hits/throws where as Smug practically won with 2 combos.
Are Pepeday and Poongko the only non North America players? I remember team CC tournies being bigger than this.
Lapchi went into his own funds to make CC as big as it was in the past, seems like he didn't do it as much since he was talking about not running CC anymore after last year.

This year it's a bit more low key as there isn't the international 5v5 like in previous years.
