I was going to go with that, but I went with the song I did because it seemed like it "fit" more.
Knack outsold Super Mario 3D World if I recall.
One of the most shameful parts of gaming history.
Holy shit, really?
*sulks*

This is a perfect representation of how I feel watching finished gameplay of this...

I'd actually be genuinely interested in seeing the NSMBU team try a Sonic game.
Well that just about sums it up.
I hope that time travel is never invented so that child me never has to see this. Sonic just cannot seem to catch a break.
Sonic 4 already emulates that putrid art style.
I really liked NSMBU, art style aside. I felt the level design was really strong.
Meanwhile, I feel like Generations had strong art design but really weak content overall.

Generations 2? What games would they put in there?
Or more like a Sonic Colors2?
at least Sonic went fast in Sonic 06. From what I've seen so far, there looks to be barely anyway to gain speed in the game.

One of the most shameful parts of gaming history.
I genuinely feel bad for everyone who contributed to making this game a reality.
Is that Nope just clipping through that cliff?
Seriously ? How is this series still around?
Put Sonic out of his misery already. It's time to kill that Hedgehog.
damn it you guys, that was for a few weeks only in the UK, it wasn't even close worldwide

"We experimented with different colors and surface features on the characters, such as fur or scales, and quickly Sonic Team came back with their discomfort of that. They were great guardrails for us to understand when we were deviating too far from the character. Without their input, the character would have been a lot more alien and different from what Sonic is known for." Discomfort may be putting things mildly, particularly in the case of Takashi Iizuka, the current head of Sega's Sonic Team in Japan. As Rafei recalled, "Early on, when we had our first review of all the crazy things we wanted to try, Iizuka-san came down to Los Angeles and looked through all the different concepts."
"I felt sorry for the guy because sometimes he couldn't actually look at the screen--it was too traumatic seeing all the crazy stuff we wanted to do. Over the course of that meeting, when we were coming up with new ideas, we had a very sincere--just two adults talking--conversation about why a character should or should not wear pants, and that was a very surreal moment in my life and my career," Rafei continued. "But it helped us understand the rules of clothing in this universe. Any small adjustment went a very long way, so we had to be very careful."
You know when Takashi Iizuka is the voice of reason things are fucked up. Sega probably just eventually said "Fuck it! It can't be worse than Sonic 06." I'm curious to see how batshit their original ideas were.
That isn't saying muchSounds like BRB put in more work in how the characters look instead of the game itself.

There's a demo on the eShop.Eh, it is a game made to sell a cartoon that will probably get a couple of seasons.
As a Sonic fan I will probably just skip it.I don't have a WiiU yet anyway.
Wonder how that 3DS game is.
