Wow, this website is pretty cool. Doesn't seem like there are too man people using it just yet, but it looks like it could end up being pretty useful for finding people to play those games with locally. Rad.
You guys should totally add Killer Queen to your list though! That game is amazingly fun when you can actually manage to get a proper 5 v 5 going. It was definitely the most fun I had playing a video game with other people in years.
Unlike the other games on the site it's tied to an arcade machine and not consoles/PC so it's a bigger pain to find places where you can play, much less with ~9 other people.

Plinking is not hard. Trust me, I'm a Rufus player.
Map your normal PPP and KKK to taunt and focus, plink the inputs. Boom, you can do it semi-reliably online.

Eh. I think that UNIEL is small enough that a straight port is acceptable. Meanwhile, BB needs its next version to be on the PS4 - a port isn't enough. I think the series lead said that he would like to pursue something like the visual style present in GG Xrd in a BB PS4 game. On that note, I just read on Wikipedia that the GG Xrd team is only 25 people.

To be fair to their poor suffering QA testers, this is one of those really weird things that you can only spot by mucking around for a long time. Look how long it took for the entire community to get the summer costumes then find it.

Weren't there animation bugs with Hugo's command grab in alternate outfits before the game got patched? If they didn't catch those at first release, then I'm really not surprised that this costume replaces Yun's taunt with a standing LK and nobody noticed.

The twitter picture is four years old.
I found that hat in a proper hat shop before the whole "fedora = neckbeard weirdo" thing became a thing.
It's a grey rabbit felt trilby, it's a sweet hat which is slightly too small for my head, and idiots ruined it for me.

His match with Chi-Rithy was exactly what I was talking about, at least until Chi-Rithy lost focus and got mind-fucked, lol. His match with Air too but that had more to do with Air beating all the random buttons.

A company like Blizzard isn't ever going to make a fighting game, or atleast a fighting game that resembles something from the genre today.
The core mechanics of fighting games are too direct nowadays, it gives new players nothing to do other than lose, and that shit doesn't fly in 201X. I guess they could do a streamlined and more casual version of the core idea, like Hearthstone did with MTG, but I think at that point it'd barely be a fighting game.

This is true. We synchtube fighting game footage quite often and Sengoku won't even make it during the times we watch kusoge. Its existence is baffling.

Karas could infinite you off a sweep, anywhere on screen. And his sweep reached about half the screen.
That game was hilariously broken but still probably not as broken as SBX.
The only reason I remember this TvC bit at SBO was because I was trying my ass off to find footage of it and couldn't. I'm not even sure if they released the DVD/videos of the game. I'll try again when I get off work.
