I'm pretty sure people probably complained about how they drew Korra initially so they toned down her bustline a bit. Regarding Ming-Hua...I have no idea what that means...she's cute. I just think they drew her cheekbones a bit too sharp so it gives her an "I haven't had food in months" look. Granted she was in prison for 13 years but so was P'li.
I think we all have to agree that the biggest surprise this season is that there hasn't been a leak yet.

I wish somebody would just leak all of the episodes once they're all finished.
But then the series would immediately be over. The weekly wait time is necessary to build hype.
If they released them all at once, you wouldn't enjoy them, you'd binge watch to avoid getting spoilers, then feel unfulfilled when you realize that it's over.

I wouldn't really be unfulfilled. When AtlA finished I was sad but satisfied. When this finishes it'll be like finishing a bag of potato chips. I mean yeah it was nice while it lasted but I'll be hungry for something else soon after.

I don't hate Legend of Korra, but I kind of compare it to a average/below average shonen, once it's over I'm probably not going to remember much about it or reference it.
It doesn't even work as a series where you can turn your brain off and watch since there are so many slow and dull moments that really rarely actually lead into anything.
The series tries to have a point like the AtlA when it doesn't and there isn't enough happening to allow myself to turn off my brain like stuff Gainax make. So I end up with something that makes me feel hollow on both accounts.
Not a bad series, but in a way that could be worse, if it was awful or bad at least then it will be burned into me, but it being okay, it not really having much of an impact on me...ugh.

All I could think when I saw it a couple days back, makes me sad about what M. Night did.
Everytime I see cool elemental GC effects, I get a little mad that we'll never see that in a bending context. Fuck you M.Night!

Ha ha yeah, earthbending especially was just... wow in that movie. There is such wonderful creativity in bending shown in both TV series, and boy did the movie lack that so much. The earthbender camp scene was so cringe worthy.

That's good. Nothing wrong with her, just wish she wasn't so stoic all the time. If she stays boisterous and cocky for the rest of the season I'll be quite happy with that....you could say, I feel rekuvinated.
Her eyebrows keep getting bigger and bigger every episode. Eventually they will swallow her entire face whole.

I was considering getting a XBO for MCC but then I realized I didn't really want to pay $400 to play games I've already played for hundreds and hundreds of hours lol. Maybe at some point though.
Anyway I agree. Stoic Kuvira is kind of boring. We need cocky Kuvira more often. I'm still not 100% on how I feel about her as a villian though.

Yeah that's the thing. She doesn't seem like a match for even Book One Korra...other than maybe the fact that Korra couldn't metalbend at that time.
I have a PS4. Looks like I'm not getting AC Unity due to recent develepments but I've been playing CoD and will definitely be playing FC4 (barring any further UbiSoft shenanigans) and GTAV next week. Would be down to run people over in either of those games.

She's got bending talent and I actually think she could take book one Korra, non avatar state. Only thing is she's a bit of a glass canon. Once Avatar State Korra starts lobbing shit at her that she can't dodge will become a problem, but she doesn't appear to be a blocker. She likes to dodge and evade and use that persons momentum against them. Avatar State is just too much power to handle like that. I have a PS4, hit me up. I kind of want to get Advanced Warfare after work.
