Wanted a BioWare item for a while, but all of them have been too branded to look decent or the hoodies I've liked have looked too cheap. Just saw that you can get a full refund if you don't like it, so why not.

That actually looks pretty cool. Not $70 cool, but I'd be all on it if it was at a lower price. Shoot, the Inquisition logo doesn't even detract from it, which is pretty well done.
 
I already pre-ordered but i'm wondering a bit about how my computer will handle it. i'm hoping to play it on 60fps on some some setting :c Turning of AA then, i'll manage fine without that.

GPU: xfx radeon hd 7850 2gb gddr5
CPU: amd am3+ fx-8320 8-core 125w
Ram: 8GB

No, it looks cool even if people don't know what it's about.
 
Yanked myself away from my EA Access with about half an hour left in my trial. Love, love, love it, even though some parts of it do feel kinda jank (animations, some of the sounds). Really looking forward to getting to play with the war table on Monday evening.

Thanks. Like I said, it's the first thing they've released I would actually wear. Of course, if I don't like the fit, then it's going back.
 
Is the fake character import thing where you simply choose what you did in the other games is included with the game or is it a separate download? It doesn't seem to be in my origin preload queue so I guess it's in the game itself?
 
Does origin still keeps savegames somewhere locally? I want to back it up like all other Bioware games (you never know). At least the Keep doesn't create a save I am aware off.
 
In case anyone is as impatient as I am about getting product keys for this game - I opened a ticket with Greenman Gaming to ask when they send them. They emailed back and said they haven't received their keys from the publisher yet, but expect to "shortly." I figured they wouldn't send them this soon, but hey...why not bug them? Gimme.

I used the Keep to build my playthroughs from memory (Being as I played the games on PC and PS3....). I thought it was pretty easy to use all around. My only complaint was that I couldn't remember some of the choices.

Which part did you find hard to use?

I've been crossing my fingers because I've been waiting for the game. I kept asking her, "is it worth buying? Tell me!"

I'm taking the day off and spending some quality time with it when it comes out.

The part it refuses to save any of my decisions? I pick choose this answer and it doesn't seem to save them. There's a ton of menus and pop ups everywhere too.

I see how it can look overwhelming at first. Just look at it for a while, click on stuff to see what it does. You can't "ruin" anything by just trying it out unless you press "Delete World", and that you have to confirm.

The not saving thing isn't supposed to happen of course. Hard to say what's happening tho. Does it not change when you click the option or does it just revert back when you back out to the Tapestry? Does it "resync" or anything else? What, exactly, happens?

This was my only issue with it as well. Really odd oversight, I can't imagine anyone didn't immediately run into that and think "that's weird" right off the bat.

Damn! That hoody actually looks pretty legit. I like design a lot.

I remember during the time of ME3 when they had this interesting hoodie where the hood part also covered your face.

I would love a hoodie like that, any of those still around?

Not that I've seen, but they've added a lot to the store lately, so it might be worth skimming through to see if anything catches your eye.

Funny enough, the only one that caught my eye was the one you posted. You got taste yo! :D

The art design is pretty bad imo but I loved the idea of the full zip hoodie. I wish I would see more of these. :(

...i'm really hurting over the lore being so impenetrable for newcomers...i hear its a huge part of the game, being lost is so not my style

Seriously, just run through the Keep, pick a few of the decisions. If it really matters to you, there are a number of youtube series that go over the lore. I'm guessing it would be totally worth it, especially if you just listen to them while doing other stuff.

Honestly, between the lore thread, the Keep overview, and the Codex, you should be fine.

My mom keeps asking me if I want anything in particular for Xmas. Might have to suggest this.
 
Since there's no OT yet. I'm going to have a bunch of coded for the "flame of the inquisition" dlc weapons pack. 10 for 360, 9 for ps3, 1 for ps4(gonna try to get more), and 8 for Xbox One. If you want one for free send me a PM and when I get off work I'll send out some codes. Can't update the count until after I'm off but I'll try to get one for everyone.
